I want to warn all travelers. In July of this year, I rested in the MAXIMA mini-hotel in Kirillovka. I was with my parents and 11 month old baby. On the day of arrival, relatives unexpectedly came to us, I asked to let us go to the family (they rented a large cottage), that is, to return the money and, as a decent person, offered to pay a penalty in the amount of the cost of a day, since it happened so. But no such luck!!! ! Hotel administrator Vika and her "Uncle Seryozha" (as they call him) refused to return the money. It was only the beginning, in the evening I discovered that under the windows of this "hotel" a disco was rumbling until 23:00, and when I checked in, I specifically asked if I would be comfortable here with a baby, then more. It turned out that there were already 2 cases of intestinal infections in small children in the hotel.....Naturally, I’m in a panic - what kind of rest is there - I’m going to Vika again, she sends me to this uncle Seryozha, whose functions, as I understand it, are to lure stupid vacationers into this hole - he tells me what kind of money !!! ! prove that you tell me what they gave. That is, I no longer have money to move to another place, since I paid these scammers for 10 days. And here it turns out that other guests pay much less for accommodation - this completely upset me, again I go to the administration - to my question why is this so; not only do you not let go, but you take more from me than from the rest, the same uncle Seryozha told me that I take money as I want, I want to settle for free. When I started to get indignant, he generally told me that he worked in such structures that I would not get home, he would arrange it so that at the nearest traffic police post they would find white powder in the car! And this is for me as a nursing mother with a baby. All in all, they ruined my holiday completely. And not for me alone: ​ ​ in this hotel there was not a single family satisfied with the attitude of the administration. People!!! ! Do not go to this MAXIMA if you do not want to spoil your vacation !!!! !
