Cons: the window of the room overlooked the stairs, as well as the dining room with a bar, i. e. It was impossible to open the curtains, although they did not close completely. Nearby is a parking lot, where car alarms were constantly triggered.
The room is dark on a sunny day. The rooms are spacious but uncomfortable.
There were also no crockery in the room. The tuner for the TV was given at our request.
There was not a single shelf in the bathroom, toothbrushes had to be placed on the floor.
Water was only in the shower, in the wash basin flowed in a thin stream.
The floor in the room is tiles, very cold. Not a single rug. The headboard of the bed was broken.
There was no shared kitchen for cooking when we arrived. They offered to cook with chefs or buy ready-made.
There are not so few people. Judging by the contingent - parties until late.

Getting from the bus station in Kirillovka is very far (6-8 km). The road through the field is such that it can only be reached by an SUV. There are no shops, pharmacies, establishments, etc. nearby. Only the field and construction sites.
And 2 hours did not last - moved out. The words of the hostess - there is no need for guests.
I do not advise people without a car and who love silence.
