The first thing that was a priority was that the hotel accepts dogs and even large ones (we have a Doberman) (10% discount for coming with a dog ; ) ).
Empty beach! ! Yes, almost empty (in line of sight around you, a maximum of 10 people at a distance of at least 200 -300 meters). there are no smokers nearby, no screaming, no screaming sellers of baklava and corn. silence, the cleanest sea and nature (I have never seen such a variety of wild birds: swans, pelicans, storks, herons and a lot of those whom I don’t know).
The hotel is modern, clean (the rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed), comfortable. clean swimming pool (heated), green territory.
Friendly and caring staff.
The food is excellent, tasty and varied. The prices are affordable (breakfast for 3 cost us 195 UAH, dinner in the region 250 UAH for 3 too!!! ).

Nearby there are no cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, no children's entertainment, souvenir shops. For me, this is a PLUS. the child does not yell every day: BUY! , RIDE, I WANT! .
from the cons!
1. you need to go by SUV (if you want to see all the beauty of the spit !! ), we ordered a transfer (the car was left in a guarded parking lot in Geroisk. You can leave it - everything is safe! ).
2. far enough to the sea (15-20 minutes). the nature around is beautiful (forest, lake), but it is quite difficult to return along the hot sand at 12:00 (you can order a transfer to the sea and back)
3. a lot of mosquitoes and ticks (even during the day!!! )
