stayed at this hotel from 12/14/2009 to 12/18/2009. Room 1916. The double-glazed window is broken, there is a huge gap at the top (it is quite cold in the room at -15 in winter). They responded to our requests - sealed the gap with adhesive tape. The service staff, when asked to relocate or repair, was simply rude... The walls were peeled, the bedspreads were darned. Hooks for outerwear could not withstand the weight of a fur coat and a sheepskin coat, after which they told us "Why did you break the hooks... " I will not stop at this hotel again !! !
