I am writing a review about my stay at Raziotel in Kyiv in order to warn other guests of this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel not for the first time, but before there were no problems. Let the hotel administration think about the image of the hotel and protect hotel guests from such calls. I checked into the Raziotel Kyiv on a preliminary reservation in the evening around 19:00. The room, as usual, was clean and met all the requirements. I had already taken a shower and was about to go to bed when the phone rang on the hotel's internal telephone. On the phone, I heard a sharp male voice unfamiliar to me, who introduced himself as the Donetsk prosecutor's office, began to ask about some "accomplices" and told me to leave the room to talk. I interrupted the conversation. And I called the administrator to find out what was happening in their hotel and whether the hotel could guarantee my safety or should I call the police. In the morning I once again turned to the administration so that they would deal with this call, but I did not receive any intelligible answer. I asked again if I should call the police, but they assured me that they would guarantee my safety. There were no more calls. However, the mood and rest were spoiled. Since the administration did not deal with this case, it is quite possible that they themselves are involved in these, to put it mildly, stupid jokes. This means that such calls can spoil someone else's mood and rest, and such calls can ring in other rooms. Hotel guests pay money for the opportunity to relax, and not to understand what is happening in the hotel. Yes, the hotel is clean, yes, the rooms meet all the requirements and the room is cleaned regularly. But after such a call, the whole impression of the hotel, where I had previously stayed with great pleasure, remained negative. I do not want to receive negative emotions and spoiled mood for my money. I think that other hotel guests will not like such calls.
