The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kyiv: a 25-minute walk from Zhitomirskaya metro station.
The hotel is located near a pine forest. The hotel grounds are huge, as is the hotel itself. But this is of little use: no one invests in a hotel and no one needs it.
I lived in a regular room, which was all damp. The room has a TV, radio, refrigerator, which barely freezes. The shower doors kept flying off. Hot water was mainly in the evenings, in the morning - barely cool.
Breakfast costs 65 UAH, but they are not worth it. Sorry for the tautology. For example, you could eat coleslaw, mashed potatoes, two slices of cheese, a little butter, chicken fillet with tomatoes, tea or coffee for these.

At the end of my stay at the hotel, the lights were turned off for two and a half days. They issued a candle to the room, and no more candles were put. Immediately, and the hot water was gone, the room was a solid dubar. So even at night the attendants tried to break into my room in order to pick up a blanket for the Poles, who had stopped by the day before. It turned out that the light was turned off for non-payment, and we were told at the reception that it was due to a breakdown. On that morning, when there was no light, we were given three sandwiches for breakfast, and this was 65 UAH: with sausage, ham and cheese (there were two pieces on concrete, smeared with butter). And a glass of juice. I didn't hear any apology from the staff. With a scandal, we moved to another hotel. The only thing that we got back the money for these three days when there was no electricity.
Yes, there is Wi-Fi in the lobby of the hotel. The rooms do not.
I advise everyone who wants to spend time in the capital in another hotel for the same money.
