Well, okay, I think I’ll just fill out an application manually with all the details and a description of the situation, I sent it on January 25.2014. At the same time, I was waiting for an answer, at least that they received a letter and such and such a deadline for transferring money, BUT I never received any answer. I began to write in the online chat every day about the return of money and received "excellent" service from the administrators, each of them clarified everything anew - to which mail the application was sent, when, why the reservation was canceled, then they said there are no your applications, there is only a reservation and ordering a taxi. That they say in some mystical way they did not act. Then they sort of found it and said that tomorrow I would check with the accountant on your situation. And of course, no one wrote or called the next day, and everything started again, regular breakfasts, regular clarifications, and that they say TOMORROW the money will certainly be returned. And things are still there, there is no money and they are clarifying again. And on 04.02 a letter was sent to the post office with the phrase fill in the details for the return. Like 1.5 weeks I didn't send them anything. And when I wrote in an online chat asking why I should fill it all out again, they answered me "Oh, this is a mistake, I didn't send you anything, the details are yours! ". Although the signature was the administrator with whom I spoke in online chat. Then they wrote that the money would be transferred again tomorrow, all communication with the administrators was only in an online chat, they had a complete ignore by mail, there was never any information from them in the mail, she only clarified everything herself. I wrote again in an online chat about money and finally they answered me that the money was transferred and this was only after another scandal on my part. Although the money was transferred through westernunion, where a code is required to receive them, BUT they did not send any information. How so? As a result, I received the money only 3 weeks later after everyday letters and scandals. The sea of ​ ​ nerves and forces is spent. You can't work like that!! !
