Booked the Morewell Hotel for 6 nights but only lasted one night. So in order:
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 pm. There was no space on site to park the car. I had to leave outside and wait until a place becomes free and then re-park. Backyard parking is terrible. You need to drive over a high curb, to which bricks and sticks are placed.
We settled in a room on the second floor overlooking the Kiev Sea, as we had booked. Deshmansky repair. The cost of such a room should be 700 UAH, but not 2900. The room is very small, there is absolutely nowhere to put things, so you will live on your junk all the time, there are no bedside tables, no night lamp, no wardrobe. Instead of a wardrobe, there is a mini-pencil case, in which nothing fits except two shorts and a pair of T-shirts. The balcony is terribly dirty, a bunch of dead insects and mosquitoes, all in the cobwebs. It looks like no one cleans up there. The walls between the rooms are cardboard, in the truest sense of the word, it feels like the neighbors are standing next to you when they talk. The entrance door is like a closet, thin, does not fit snugly, which is why the audibility from the corridor is unreal. Windows - "tightness" - no, they did not hear. There was a wedding going on at the time of our stay. Screaming toastmasters, guests, all this was hellishly audible with the windows completely closed. And this is for 2900 per day!

We were with a child (10 months) and warned in advance that we would need a crib. In order for you to understand the baseness of this bottom-hotel, renting a playpen per day is 400 UAH. (originally they said 200 UAH) and this is considered an additional place! This pampik crib costs 1800 UAH. We have never seen anything like this before, for an extra bed to be considered for a baby. It is not difficult to calculate that they would pay for this crib in 4 days of our stay.
But the inadequacy of the bottom-hotel does not end there. We needed an electric kettle in the room to make meals for the child. We were warned about this at the time of booking. When we arrived, it turned out that they could not give a kettle, citing security measures. As a result, after long conversations, they nevertheless agreed to provide it. And what do you think, they brought the kettle of the staff all dirty and scum. It is simply impossible to boil water in such a kettle. We refused, and after a while they brought an adequate kettle. For which thanks to the woman at the reception. By the way, the staff is decent.
By the restaurant. In general, the kitchen is adequate. The prices are not cheap, but the portions are very small. Since during our arrival on Saturday there were three corporate parties on the territory, it took a very long time to wait for food and drinks, since the restaurant had corporate parties in priority, and not other guests who paid a lot of money. For example, when ordering an aperol and waiting for it for half an hour, the drink was poorly chilled without ice and even without an orange. For food - they ordered a mussel appetizer, it was delicious, the shish kebab was brought almost cold.
The apotheosis was that when we came to the room in the evening we found that the backpack with a laptop, tablet, lens, documents was completely wet. All equipment was wet, documents were damaged. The reason was that the air conditioner was leaking. They called the administrator, they apologized, but they could not clearly say anything and did not offer to reimburse anything. From them there was an offer - to move to another room without additional payment)) we had to carry our things from room to room at 22:00. It turned out to be a great vacation on the first day))

We do not recommend the Morewell Hotel to anyone. You will not rest here, but spend a lot of money and nerves for inappropriate service. Morewell hit the bottom with his attitude towards the guest.
