There are a lot of places for breakfast-lunch-dinner nearby, from wine glasses and "Puzata Khata" to quite expensive taverns on Khreshchatyk. We left without meeting with the administrator at all - they called her, she said that she could not come, asked to lock the apartment and leave the keys in the mailbox. These are not disadvantages, you just need to keep in mind that: 1) you can leave things before check-in or after check-out only at the company’s office, and this is the opposite end of Khreshchatyk, 2) the apartment is completely at the disposal of guests, so you don’t have to expect a maid to come and will wash the floor and change towels (there is a washing machine in the apartment), 3) don’t forget the fumigator, 4) I didn’t understand why, but the homeless were constantly hanging around on the street nearby, you can see “their” area here, although in general the area seems to be very decent, 5) there is no parking in the yard, 6) if you need a standard receipt for accounting, problems may arise
