Rest is spoiled, it is better to add a hundred hryvnia and go to a normal place. I do not recommend to anyone!! !

We bought a coupon for 289 UAH - a day in a room and a sauna for 2 hours, paid 50 UAH for a dog. We arrived at 14:30. The sauna was packed until 22:00! We agreed because there was no way out. The room is small but clean. The linen is fresh. The room has a TV, kettle, bath gel and soap. Everything. There is no hair dryer. For overweight people the room will be small. At 19:30 we went to eat at Autogrill. While we were sitting there, we turned off the light, but, as in all decent places where they provide services to people, there is a generator. My husband and I joked that there might not be such luxury in our estate. How right we were! We arrive....Darkness... Not a single candle was even lit. We called the woman who settled us. She did not know what had happened, did not know when the light would be and how to help us. We decided to wait until 22:30, that is, two hours. The battery began to freeze, there was no water, the bathroom did not work. That is, everything depends on electricity on the estate!! ! And there is no generator. Naturally, the sauna was out of the question. During this time, no one came, did not bring candles, did not apologize, did not reassure. At 22:45 we started calling the woman. We wanted to leave for Kyiv, so as not to endure the cold and return part of the money for the sauna service that was not rendered. The woman said a lot: she said that the money had not been returned to anyone yet, knock money out of the coupon site, the owner is not here, then here, but they are sleeping, then she threatened not to knock on the big house and threatened to call the police) As a result, after 15 minutes in the cold and a furious knock on the master's house, a man opened to us, to whom we explained that we were leaving and wanted at least a hundred hryvnias. He took them out to us and only then apologized, saying that he was not guilty of anything. We quickly gathered in the dark and sped off to Kyiv. Not a very romantic surprise! We have just arrived and decided to write while emotions are fresh. The moral is: you can have a really good time there. BUT. If suddenly at least something happens, you will not get through, you will not get through to the owners, and if they are in a bad mood, they will also call the police. And, frankly, the cost per night in a room of 5 sq m without a discount is 280 UAH, VERY EXAGGERATED, it’s not 17 km, but 37 km (look at the Autogrill website, it’s in Berezovka) and there is no Internet! At the sight of all this, we lost all the festive mood and we decided to leave this place.
