According to the forecast, there was a chance of rain on my birthday, so when we gave money, we immediately agreed on the possibility of having dinner in the so-called gazebo under cover (just at that moment, the washed linen from the rooms dried in the so-called gazebo). And they also immediately stipulated the fact that friends with three children would come to congratulate us. And that we all plan to spend the day on the beach, but still, if the weather is bad, then we need a gazebo. Money was taken with a smile and assurances that everything would be as it should be. Four days before the vacation, the husband called back to the hotel in order to book a room for a family of friends. To the question of the husband: hello, Nissa, (name of the manager). How are you? Do you remember about us? He heard the following in response: OH! Why didn't the landlady call you? She is VERY against using the gazebo and having dinner there. We can rest (that is, sleep) only in the room. And then we have rooms for two, and you have a lot of children from which only troubles and high water consumption. To say it's SHOCK is an understatement. And if we hadn’t called back, they would have told us how, it’s right on our birthday?? We asked them to return the money to us on the card. In response, they heard: well, you can come yourself and pick them up. I don’t want to comment further, I’ll say one thing, the money was returned to the card. This all happened today July 14.2018. This hotel would be more suitable name, HOSTEL for TWO. Be careful, dear vacationers, when booking this kind of establishments.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on the night of January 1-2. We didn’t book a room in advance - we looked that there were available rooms at a price of 330 hryvnias. We were traveling with a Jack Russell Terrier and were looking for a pet friendly accommodation. Usually in hotels they either immediately say about an additional fee for a dog, or they say that you don’t need to pay anything extra.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on the night of January 1-2. We didn’t book a room in advance - we looked that there were available rooms at a price of 330 hryvnias. We were traveling with a Jack Russell Terrier and were looking for a pet friendly accommodation. Usually in hotels they either immediately say about an additional fee for a dog, or they say that you don’t need to pay anything extra. We arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening, the owners of this glorious hotel were not there, there was a woman, as it turned out later, a cleaning lady who called the owners, and they agreed that we should stay. We didn’t have hryvnias, because. we were already driving home, we wanted to pay with a card, but this could only be done the next day, when the owners arrived.
As for the room to spend the night - quite, ascetic, compact. But radiator batteries! Dear owners, fix them! Sleep is impossible! All night they were running water! At 7 o'clock the dog began to bark! Thoughts of sleep left and we decided to leave.
The most unpleasant moment was the hour of reckoning. Naturally, the hosts didn’t come at such an early hour, we didn’t have hryvnias in cash, we agreed to pay in rubles, but when it turned out how much, it was very unpleasant. The cleaning lady contacted the owners and they told her on the phone a completely different cost for a nom, in addition to this, we were told that we owe 100 hryvnia for a dog. In total, we were ripped off by 170 hryvnia more! Here is such a hospitable Kyiv and in particular the owners of this Eco-hotel. Good luck!
