In fact, on the second day, the breakfast I ordered was not brought at the appointed time, moreover, it was not brought after 15.20, 25 minutes, I left at the same time telling the waitress about it, and after the evening, the administrator at the reception. In the future, no matter how hard they tried, but only a couple of times breakfast was made and served on time. On average, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for cooking. Question: "Why at the reception ask and write down the time for breakfast, when in fact, this service is not implemented on time ?! " especially the price is not 5, and not 10 UAH!!!
Secondly: the cleaning of the hotel was carried out only when I asked to do so. It seemed to me that for a hotel of this level, room cleaning is provided, maybe more than once a day, but every 3-4 days cleaning in the rooms should be carried out.
Thirdly: for the last 2 days there was no electricity in the hotel (respectively, there was neither hot water nor heating, because all of the above communications consume electricity), no one from the administration staff called me, did not warn me about what happened. Only when the guards themselves called the administration in front of me at 8 or 9 pm, then the administration deigned to offer me a variant: to pack up and go and stay at the Verkhovyna Hotel. What did they do before? Did you know that you have people in the rooms? ? I did not move on the first day, especially in the evening, packing my suitcase in the dark, hoping that the hotel administration would resolve this issue during the day, but as it turned out, this plan was not destined to come true. As a result, I spent 2 nights in hotels where there was no electricity, hot water, or heating.
After all this, I agreed with the administrator, and she with the hostess by phone (or a person representing the owners of the hotel), to pay compensation for breakfast and 50% of the stay for 2 days. For breakfast, they returned the money to me, and for the inconvenience I suffered in the form of compensation for 50% of the daily cost, no one has yet returned it, although they promised to transfer it to the details I left, after leaving the hotel I called them many times, but still no one on this fact did not call back and did not return the money. Although, during a telephone conversation, they assured me that my details were already in the accounting department and they would be listed the other day.
Summing up, the service is terrible, they do not perform services on time, the administration behaved incorrectly - I do not want to recommend this hotel to anyone, with such attitudes towards customers.
