Together with a friend, we decided to take a break from the bustle of the city in early autumn, when choosing a hotel we were guided by excellent reviews and photographs, as well as a description. We checked into a deluxe room with sauna, wi-fi, and were very, just very upset that the sauna was not available to us. The administrator said that the sauna is under reconstruction and its services in general are not included in the room price. Why is this information not listed on the site? We did not receive an answer to this question. In the description, the room is declared as a room with a sauna, and we were also ready to pay for it additionally, but....we were not allowed. After paying for the room in cash at the hotel, we did not receive any receipt, i. e. nothing that could podtaerdit our payment. Our question why is so - remained unanswered. During the 5 days we spent at the hotel, we were never offered cleaning of the room or at least the provision of toilet paper and soap. Wifi didn't work in the room, only on the terrace.
Deception and false information are very disappointing, especially the fact that the administration did not take a single step to meet us guests. We left the hotel in a bad mood.
Otherwise - beautiful landscape design and well-groomed garden, a wonderful beach nearby and clean air.
