The hotel has a good location. Near the park and the lake, well-groomed territory. We booked a double room, but there was 1 blanket, 1 set of towels, one slippers. They asked for another blanket, waited half an hour, and when I went down to the reception again and repeated my request, it turned out that they simply forgot about me. In our room, there was a huge gap under the door, because of this, all the noise from the corridor was very well heard. Plus, we lived just above the restaurant, where the music rumbled until 22:00. We didn’t get into this disco much, because we returned to the room just in time for the closing of the restaurant. But I think if some kind of event such as a wedding or other was celebrated there, then it would not have been possible to relax at night! But most of all, it angered me that when the child had a fever at night, there was simply no thermometer in the hotel. Considering the cost of rooms and the level of the hotel, I believe that there should be a minimum first aid kit at the reception! I am not a picky person, but I think the quality of the services provided in the hotel should correspond to its status, since this is a chain hotel. And it finally finished me off that for breakfast in the restaurant my husband was served moldy bread. And it would be nice to get one piece, otherwise all 3 pieces were stale! In general, all these facts left not the most positive imprint on this hotel! And I probably wouldn't choose Reinkarz in Ivano-Frankivsk again and wouldn't recommend it!
