Hotel ratings by criteria:
- rude, disrespectful, sometimes aggressive staff. Neither "please" nor "sorry"; but roar in the procedure or without knocking to enter the room can be easy.

- Unfortunately, doctors are also inattentive: they are in line, they are confused, tired and clearly uninterested in paying attention to patients. Maybe they are competent - but none of them devoted more than five minutes to me, and they did not show their knowledge to me. He had four doctors - the same story for all.

- living conditions are shameful, horrible! Yes, I took a cheap place - but even cheap rooms should be affordable (or even then do not sell such rooms, do not offend guests). Outdated dirt and broken parquet in the room, the stench in the bathroom, a crowded sofa (and this for spinners! ). Having to pay extra and move to a better room. This is blackmail and money laundering.

- there are no ramps in the buildings, there are practically no elevators (small, often disconnected, and to reach them, you need to climb the stairs). This is a big problem for people with musculoskeletal problems. This is nothing but a manifestation of rudeness on the part of the owners of the sanatorium.

- procedures: the equipment is old, shabby, fixed. Massages and a swimming pool are available at an additional cost - doctors prescribe them, but they are not included in the tour (I was not warned about this, although I specifically asked about it when booking). Masseurs also had to pay extra, because the ticket will include only a symbolic ten-minute massage.

- and such a trifle: in the corridors of a six-storey medical building, which should climb up and down people with diseased joints and spine, because the elevator is almost not working, in a couple of places there are sofas. But above them the inscription: "You can not lie down, go down to the second floor. " Sofas are more important to them than patients. What an insult.
I do not recommend the Sanatorium of Railwaymen in Khmilnyk to anyone or anything.
