The cafe in the second building does not work. The administrator, she is the hostess, is rude and talks to you as if you owe her something.

Terrible hotel! I don't write reviews, but you can't be silent about this. I don’t know who constantly stops at them, according to them everything is busy. There is no service AT ALL. The cafe in the second building does not work. The administrator, she is the hostess, is rude and talks to you as if you owe her something. Guests are not welcome there at all! The rooms are smoky, the upholstered furniture is worn out, the carpet is dirty. I’m generally silent about the bathrooms, the shower is broken, the drain is clogged. Stayed for one night, as it was too late to look for something else in an unfamiliar city. I left the next morning, I myself don’t go there again and I don’t advise others.

I had to visit this hotel. It is very difficult for a guest of the city to get there, the street on which the hotel is located is not illuminated. I arrived at about 23:00, there is no own parking, but the guard immediately said - if the car is parked on the road, on the other side of the hotel - this is 20 UAH.

I arrived at about 23:00, there is no own parking, but the guard immediately said - if the car is parked on the road, on the other side of the hotel - this is 20 UAH. I traveled a lot around Ukraine, but I didn’t see such prices, especially since it’s not in the parking lot, but just on the road. But that's not all. When booking a room (I was looking for breakfast included), I was informed that breakfast was included in the price. For me, this is very important, I don’t have time and knowledge of the city to look for where to eat. In the morning, when I woke up, another surprise awaited me - they said that they had forgotten about me, and there would be no breakfast. At the reception, except for the security guard, who takes 20 UAH for parking, there is no one to complain to.
