Waitresses are a separate issue - we never managed to hear the usual hello or good morning / afternoon / evening. But eye rolling and nervous twitching at any question is a common thing. It seemed that they were the owners and we owed them something. In the morning it was just plain rude. regarding the rest of the attendants, it seemed that they recruited complete losers who are constantly in a state of self-affirmation at the expense of customers: constant remarks and boorish treatment (they didn’t stand here, they didn’t sit down, they weren’t dressed like that, they came in with a package... at least it’s good you can close the toilet behind you) But about finding a sunbed or helping with something, explain, no one... because this is beneath their dignity....yes, WIFI in the room and restaurant, no matter how much they tried, but they never found a free network: (

If you have "all-inclusive" or not included (it doesn't matter), be prepared for the fact that after 21.00 you can only have cakes and alcohol from the 24-hour bar for dinner. If "not all inclusive" - you can have breakfast only after 14.00 in the water park restaurant.
If these moments are not embarrassing, then in addition to the "coldness" of the staff, in principle, it's good.

And it seems to me that for 5 * with this case they are rather weak. The selection is small and not very tasty. But the highlight of this hotel is the free access to the Jungle Water Park for hotel guests! Prices and do not bite at all, especially when compared with Kiev.
