HORRIBLE booking service and customer service. HORRIBLE booking service and customer service.
We arrived, looked at the room (No. 3), then a couple of days later we booked the same room (! )
We arrived to check in - it turns out our room was given to someone there (probably they threw money on top or something else) - and they blatantly lied to us that we booked this room (No. 1), gave the keys to another room (No. 1) and told a fairy tale about the fact that there were some different administrators, some records, they tried to prove that we were probably blind suckers and a LUX room and some kind of semi-barn - this is the same thing !! ! Guys!! ! Well, how could you! Would they have already compromised something - they would have offered options for solving the problem... No, you were trying to sell some kind of . .
