We arrived at Neptune for reconnaissance on June 10.2011. This is something terrible! When ordering rooms and paying for the reservation, NOBODY warned us that they could only be accommodated at the base until 17.00! Although I have repeatedly said that we will arrive late - they said that they would settle at any time.

We arrived at Neptune for reconnaissance on June 10.2011. This is something terrible! When ordering rooms and paying for the reservation, NOBODY warned us that they could only be accommodated at the base until 17.00! Although I have repeatedly said that we will arrive late - they said that they would settle at any time. While we were driving, representatives of the base tormented us with calls threatening that they would not accommodate us, and to warn about the time of arrival - the language would fall off ?!
The director is a completely inadequate tyrant! We had to leave the base at 6 o'clock in the morning. We asked the director how to do it. A hysteria began that no one from the staff would take over the house from us, although we were ready to financially compensate the “house-hosting staff” for all possible moral costs. Even the fact that we have a small child did not "soften" the director.
The kitchen, as we were told, is relatively decent only because the owner's parents are resting at the base. I can imagine what they will feed when the owner's parents leave!
Director..... such a MMMM... look again !!!
