I read the reviews of other guests of the Britannia hotel complex (left on other sites), and I get the feeling that I spent time in a completely different hotel, because. Everyone has good reviews, but I don't.
Yes, the interior design is very good. Freshly renovated, floor heating in the bathroom. A large hot tub right in the bedroom with a king size bed really sets the stage for a romantic evening.
Service: when everything goes according to plan, the girls are very kind and ready to help in everything. But in reality, they can't help.
In order:

1) We went into the room, discovered the absence of the promised smart TV and TV in the living room. The girls from the reception first came running to help me set it up (maybe I'm too stupid to understand how it works). They ran, saw that the set-top box (android TV, for example) was missing, "because today it was taken for repair", and they could not help with this issue in any way. We think, okay, smart TV is not what we came here for. But they could have warned at the entrance, since everything exactly had to wait for the cleaning to finish later than the appointed check-in time.
2) We decided to go off the road to take a shower, and the water in it was barely warm. Well, I think it can drain, and it will be excellent. A couple of hours have passed, and around five in the evening I turn on the water to fill the bath, and the water is below room temperature. I stand for five minutes waiting, but it drains and becomes even colder. The girls from the reception say that there is no hot water, because "the boiler is broken and now they are trying to connect the second one and the water will appear in half an hour. " From 17:30 to 22:00 every half hour we were promised a new half hour. Bottom line: The Jacuzzi was just part of the interior, or props, if it's more convenient.
3) In the evening I really wanted to talk with the manager of the hotel. The girls promised that the next day he would be at the workplace from morning to evening. We went to bed with peace of mind, breakfast in the room in the morning, and hair in the breakfast. Real female hair. The level of "romance" and service fell below the bottom at that moment.
4) We go down to talk with the manager, but he is not there. He left and no one knows (and cannot find out) exactly when it will be. Already other administrators are asking why we need a manager. We tell the senior shift, but she is not aware of our problem. And the manager doesn't know. So we called all evening, went down, wanted to get a response to the problem, and they did not even tell anyone that there was a problem. I demand to reimburse me half the cost of the room, for which I receive a refusal: they could immediately check whether there is hot water and, in its absence, immediately leave the hotel. Five minutes after check in.

Conclusion: the hotel is beautiful, with a good area. But the staff is arrogant, inexperienced, and worst of all, they don't care about their customers. Suite for honeymooners with a price of 1767 UAH / day was not worth the money. Four stars flaunt at the entrance to the hotel, but after such a badly spoiled romantic evening, I would not give them two stars.
