Yesterday morning there was a request to clean the room: replace the towels, throw out the garbage bag in the BATHROOM. In the evening, I discovered that there was no package in which my things were lying. Someone answer me the question - does the maid have the right to throw out any things from the room without consent?
Bottom line: no one allowed access to the camera, the question "Why ?! " their answer is "Nothing is visible - a dark corridor. " Unfortunately, there was no time to call the police, as it was necessary to leave home. The hotel management made us look like fools. No one received a human apology. There was no mention of compensation. Offered a gift certificate for next visit. I think it's funny, and even very.

In the cafe / restaurant at the hotel, I would recommend the waitress (I don’t know her name) to be more friendly. Such service is not worth even 10%, which is written in the menu.
