I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff, very friendly, caring and responsive. Unfortunately, we were at work and could not enjoy the proximity to the entertainment center, but the opportunity to look there at any time warmed the soul : -) The rooms were clean, spacious, they were in junior suites. I liked a decent flat-screen TV, great lighting (as hotels often skimp on it) and a good internet connection.

Stayed there during a business trip to the Dnieper. To be honest, I have been to many places and for Dnepropetrovsk this is a very, very worthy hotel.
