We were in Premium for two days. There were no problems with the staff, all friendly, hospitable and always ready to help or suggest something. The room is clean, cozy and warm. Once we had dinner in the lounge bar, in principle, the food was pleasant and the price was normal. As for the smells, we had no complaints, since they themselves are smokers (but they went outside to smoke).
The main disadvantage of this hotel is soundproofing, or rather its complete absence! On one of our two nights there was a banquet in the restaurant, the music was very audible, despite the fact that our room was on the top floor, but thank God the disco ended at about 10 pm. We thought it had passed, let's get some sleep)))) Yeah, of course... The next morning, the unsuspecting neighbors in both neighboring rooms decided to wash up at 7 in the morning. To say that we were really thrown up on the bed from the noise of the water turning on is to say nothing. And then the hair dryer also started working . . In general, the morning was a success. It felt like everything was happening right above your head with double the volume.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. While everything else suits us perfectly, I do not want anyone to experience the variety of noises from the neighboring rooms that woke us up on that wonderful morning.
I was also surprised by the lack of a telephone in the room of a 4-star (! ) Hotel.
