We arrived in 2021 and ordered the "Silver" swimming pool by phone for 4 hours.
We hardly swam during these four hours. The children are freezing! The water was cold, at my request to check the water and make it a little warmer, they said that the water is always like that and it is not cold. The staff does not respond to requests and does nothing...We sat in the sauna almost all this time. Warmed up...
This year, my daughter asked to go to this pool again for her graduation.
We invited her friends and, as usual, I called the number indicated on the website and, as before, booked the "Silver" swimming pool in advance.
And here begins the most interesting!
I called on November 18.2024 (Monday) I needed to reserve the pool for November 23.2024 (Saturday)
The administrator picked up the phone and said that it is too early for a reservation,
- Call closer to the date somewhere in 1-2 days...
I tell her that it's her birthday and I need to know 100% that the pool will be behind us, since we are inviting guests! She says that she needs to check the reservation information with someone and will call me back.
Good!
About 10 minutes pass and she calls me back.
He says that everything is fine, you can order, asks what time we need it and how many hours we will relax in the pool. I tell her that it is better for the first half of the day and we agree that it will be convenient for them and for us to come at 1:00 pm and stay there for 3 hours...
We are discussing the cost, I say that there will be about 10 of us!
She says: "Okay, thanks for the reservation and we'll see you on Saturday at 1:00 PM"
Saturday! We are there at 12:50. I call the administrator, as she is not at work. I tell her that we are already there. And she answers me:
- "If you don't know where the pool is, you can come in!
I say:
- So let me pay.
- And you haven't been paid?
- No!
- Wait 5 minutes. I will be now.
I tell the guests to go to the pool, I will come right now and the administrator will arrive at this time.
I tell her that the guests have already gone inside to undress and I ask how much I owe, and she tells me... !
- Tell your guests to get out because the pool is booked.
I laugh and say:
- I know that it is booked, by us! )))
And she answers me:
- But no! The men have already entered there, and they have a reservation until 3:30 p. m. !

I tell her that I made a reservation by phone on Monday and the girl told me that they are waiting for us on Saturday!

- Did you receive an SMS? Did you pay for the reservation? I see from your phone number that NO!
I say:
- NO ONE SENT ME ANYTHING AND DID NOT TELL ME ANY PAYMENT!! !
WE ARE NOT GOING HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME WE BOOKED THE SAME JUST BY CALLING!
And she answers:
- SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE FULL-SCALE WAR, THE BOOKING RULES HAVE GONE, and that day there was a girl intern and she must have forgotten to warn you about the payment.
I see an incoming call and an outgoing one. And I don't see SMS! I can't help, our pool is busy! You can go after the men at 15:30 as there is time after them, and take the children to the nursery and bowling to pass the time.
IMAGINE MY CONDITION!
The children came to the school. Everyone is hungry! They are already standing under the doors of the dressing rooms!
I am offered to take them to the children's room, for which you have to PAY A LOT OF MONEY! You can't take your food there, you can only order it there!
Admin says:
- do you want to reserve the pool for 3:30 p. m. ?
If so, how much will the man be, PAY AND WAIT YOUR TURN!

Will you somehow solve the situation that has developed?
She said they would listen to the calls and find out who was at fault, me or the intern AND DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!!! !
She hung some kind of noodles over my ears so that I would stay away from her, and that was it!
She said that it will not be resolved in a day????
And no one told me anything else, didn't offer me anything else, the mood was ruined for me, my child, and the guests! 2 days have passed. Nobody has decided anything, namely...
I tell her that probably you or your administrator should compensate me for unexpected expenses and a ruined day!
They said they would take care of it!

The only plus point of all this is that when we finally got into the pool, the water was, this time, really warm.. .
We booked the Oriental Suite #1. The photos on the site are excellent. When we settled in, we immediately noticed that the furniture was already shabby, but this did not particularly upset us. It was very cold in the room. Twisted the batteries to the maximum. After that, the batteries began to hum terribly, that we could not even sleep. The receptionist called three times, the master came three times and did something with them. As a result, he admitted that he could not fix it, so he suggested turning them off altogether. Of course, such a solution to the problem did not please us, but we agreed, if only there was no more of this buzz! We categorically do not recommend this room to anyone, especially if you relax in the winter.
The second point, which made us very upset, was that we were not warned about the corporate party of some company, which took place in the evening. All restaurants closed on special. service. When asked where we can have dinner, we were told that they would bring food to the room or dine at the entertainment center, where only pizza and other fast food are available. If we had known what would happen, we would not have gone there to celebrate our birthday at all. I think guests should be warned about this in advance! Our mood was ruined.
Summing up, I want to say that it is not worth that kind of money. The service leaves much to be desired! We spent a considerable sum, having spent two days there, but we did not get the pleasure we expected. Of the pluses, I can only highlight the service in the restaurant and delicious cuisine.
We booked a cottage for 6 people on the website (price 5050 UAH / day).
1) When booking on the site, a house with an area of .145 m is indicated - in fact the house was TWO times smaller !!
2) The description of the room indicated a spacious veranda and there was also a photo of it. In short, the veranda was not at all the one in the photo (I'm talking about its area) and the five of us barely fit on it at the table!
3) The description of the room indicated the presence of 2 TVs, but none of them worked!! ! I just read the reviews and many write about it, the hotel's answer is surprising, they say, "if you called, then the administrator came and set it up. " I have a counter question to YOU: "Why do I pay 5050 UAH for a number and have to call with a request to set up channels? WHY ARE THEY NOT INITIALLY SET UP??? "
4) the description indicates the presence of an iron in the room, but again it was not there. And you don’t need to write that I had to call and ask for it, if you write AVAILABILITY IN THE ROOM, then I shouldn’t call and ask!
5) in the description it is indicated that 2 rooms with 2 double beds, but 2 double beds. There was only one bed on the 1st floor! On the second there were rooms with a small one-and-a-half and 2 separate beds.
6) when booking asked (we called) 2 cots (children 1 and 1.5 years old). They were provided, one was placed in the bedroom on the 1st floor, the second in the hallway room on the 1st floor. When trying to raise the crib to the 2nd floor, where the second family lived (on 2 single beds), the crib simply did not "crawl" up the stairs and the child slept with one of the parents on a single bed, which is sooooo uncomfortable.
7) . . and the last thing I also want to say is that EVERYTHING in the house creaks: doors, floors, stairs, beds! I understand that the number is made of wood, but this is of course the match, to put it mildly!

If they knew that it would be like this, they would have come just for a walk, but they definitely wouldn’t have stayed for the night!
The daily price includes breakfast, the portion of which is quite sufficient for an adult, and even more so for a child, but the breakfast menu can be, and I think it needs to be diversified. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful.
For children, this is heaven. Fresh air, equipped playgrounds, swimming in the pool and lake, cycling and horseback riding. The greatest pleasure for the granddaughter was getting to know the horse Knight, on which she rode for two days for 15 minutes.
The good news is that you do not need to travel far, to undergo acclimatization. The territory is green, many kinds of different trees and shrubs. Landscaping is difficult to put into words, you need to see, touch, smell it... Very beautiful fountains, especially in the evening with illumination. A friend asked: “Are you in Rome? ”

In general... everything is not bad. The staff is clearly trying. We were met at the reception by the administrator, led to the room, briefly told everything and handed over a map of their complex. There is no Kyivstar connection, but this is not the worst thing, and we were warned about this. I was pleasantly surprised that we have such beauty in our country. Definitely a must visit here! The cuisine is delicious, the presentation is interesting, there are pools and saunas, a cool walking park, they have cleanliness and order in the spa, the staff is wonderful! Zhanna, Vova, Marina and the manager Irina (I don’t remember my middle name, sorry) are in their place! Well done! Continue in the same spirit.
We do not regret that we chose this complex for our vacation.
The kitchen has deteriorated, the service is cocky. They ordered oxygen foam in the hammam, they waited 40 minutes, they didn’t do it, citing the fact that they couldn’t do this process, a paradox ???? . In the new pool with a jacuzzi, only one towel is issued, it’s not very pleasant to relax on it and go to the shower with the same wet, bleach-smelling towel.
Unfortunately, the trend from good to bad has not changed with us - it's a pity ((

4. They advertise TV, but the channels were not tuned at all
5. All the lights in the room were turned off from sockets (we lived in a Chinese room).
6. Well, you can write a separate page about the restaurant: we were sitting in an open area, besides us, a couple of tables were still occupied. Neither napkins nor a device with spices were served. A blanket was not offered (it was fresh outside). We paid with a card - so the waitress took it away with the bill. And finally, extra alcohol was included in the bill. At breakfast, all appliances were supplied, but only spices were missing !! !
This time everything was the same except for the restaurant. The menu has changed, but not for the better. Simple but tasty dishes (potato pancakes, mushroom soup, etc. ) disappeared. Instead, dishes appeared with a claim to gourmet with a corresponding price. In short, delicious food at affordable prices is no longer possible. A modest dinner for three people will cost no less than one thousand hryvnias. For comparison, in good restaurants of the same Chernihiv, a much more varied lunch will cost two, if not three times cheaper.
Let's not even focus on the fact that the staff hardly manages to serve an elementary warm soup. It turns out that they do not heat the plates before serving, there is nothing to heat simply. Or a glass of fruit drink with traces of lipstick. Let's write off these "little things" on the workload of the hotel during the New Year holidays.
Next time we will think more than once before going to this hotel. The price in the restaurant clearly does not match the quality.
Not that these 100 UAH. something was decided for us (10 thousand for 4 days in the room + already a couple of dinners over a thousand for each and plus two more days ahead), just such petty theft is not to face an institution of this level. Scandal in front of a bunch of those present (some kind of corporate lunch is taking place in parallel) is not our method, we did not get involved. Just be careful and put the money in the box in the presence of the waiter.
If the administration is interested, look at the recordings from the CCTV cameras, I'm sure they are. Then everything will fall into place.
