My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the Prince's Court. Everything looked great on the website, but it wasn't so cool in reality. . .
The first thing that angered me was the payment for accommodation. They just sent me the data of an unknown bank, it was solid letters and numbers (abbreviation). I had to fill out the receipts at the bank myself. Before that, other hotels always sent me ready-made receipts.
When we arrived, they settled us instantly, immediately liked the territory, a lot of original ideas, a landscape designer +. But... There are a lot of nuances that after a while spoil the impression of the "Court" (more on that later).

We lived in a standard room at the Srub Hotel. I liked that it is quiet, at the entrance to the rooms there are gazebos, a large swing, and just green, beautiful and original. The room itself is cozy, but already quite worn out, especially the bathroom. knot . . Towel hooks hang on snot, there is a fungus in the shower cabin, the trash can is rusty, and the pedal does not work from it. There is still not enough curtain on the window, because. You can see too much from the street. In the room you can meet a spider and mosquitoes. Although there is a mosquito net on the window, mosquitoes are still present in the room, apparently the previous residents let it in. A separate plus is a large and cozy balcony. There is a bench on it and there should be a table, but all the tables from the rooms were taken to a party taking place on the territory. In short, we did not set the table, but the bench. A big plus of the balcony and the room is that it overlooks the lake. However, it’s hard to call it a lake (very small and shallow), and the fish in it are sooooo milipendric (unless you take them to the aquarium). By the way, if you came to go fishing, you can break off a lot. For example, when we asked for fishing rods, they told us that they were not there, they ran out, they dismantled it, we had to wait. And why wait, if people took their fishing rods to their rooms and did not hand them over until they were evicted. In general, we waited... And they called every 2 hours, and in the evening I just exploded. We came to go fishing and swim in the pool! And where is the fishing? And where is the swimming? . . In general, after my explosion, they still gave us 2 fishing rods. And where did they get them interesting ???... And they, comrades, were in stock, and not 2, but more, because. we found out where they are stored ourselves, it’s just that the workers don’t scratch their asses at all until you turn to them in a bad way. The rods are terrible, but the fish are caught. Is it really impossible to buy so many fishing rods so that everyone has enough? How much does a bamboo stick, a piece of fishing line and a float cost there?
About pools. There are 2 of them on the territory. The one in a larger area is larger and a little (not much, because it is also dirty) cleaner. The one on the territory of a small complex is a swamp. Even before we saw the unsanitary conditions of the pools, we wanted to swim in a large one, but we were told that there was a corporate party there, and that we could go to a small one. The little one turned out to be... well, there are simply no words, if only the owners of the "Yard" could be redeemed there. Swamp! When my husband and I were just wandering around the territory, not being able to swim or fish, we realized that there was nothing more to do on the territory. We have a TV set and a bed at home. But then (I repeat) I knocked out 2 fishing rods for us and, in addition, found out that I was deceived at the reception, and it was possible to swim in the pool, despite the corporate party taking place there. The pool water is very cold and dirty. The pools are not cleaned. The area is also not well looked after. The lake has dried up, the fish in it is a trifle, the arbors are all in cobwebs.
The only thing that pleased was the breakfast, it was very good for a country hotel. It was a buffet, with a small but more than adequate selection. Waiter service is also top notch.
Conclusions: the complex is more suitable for families with children or for couples in love looking for solitude.
Pros: breakfast, originality and comfort of the territory and rooms, friendliness of the staff.
Cons: swimming pool, fishing, poor service and entertainment, neglect of the territory, lack of minor amendments to the condition of the rooms, discrepancy between the declared and the actual, as well as price - quality.
