At the same time, a girl from their company brought four two-liter bottles of beer into the SPA area, and this was also ignored (the director the next day said that they were allegedly taken away; in fact, they were taken to the sauna area). The administrator herself said that it was the local firefighters who came to rest, and she did not smell alcohol. This is a lie, because even when she found out that they were drunk, she did nothing to make them leave the recreation area. Why the drunken locals, and not the guests, turned out to be a priority - they never explained to me.
I thought that this was the last straw, because the whole rest came up first one thing, then another, we really wanted to relax, and we had already turned a blind eye to many things. At night, the child began to vomit. I asked at the reception to call an ambulance (on the website this is indicated as a service in one of the packages). But she was not called. When I myself called back to the ambulance, they told me that yes, they called, but did not call. As a result, two in the morning, I again ring the bell at the reception (so that the gates are opened, and we can go to the hospital ourselves) - no one came out for a long time. Nobody offered help. The cause of vomiting is stale food. This was confirmed to me in Kyiv at the clinic. We only ate at their restaurant. The director, instead of clarifying in the kitchen, began to convince me that they could not give us something stale, "this child overate sweets, or something. " Until this evening, the child had already eaten this particular roast twice and there was no bad reaction to it. Only on the last day (therefore, I’m sure that just on the third day we were served spoiled). We didn't eat anywhere other than their restaurant. We brought only water and fruit with us.
And on trifles: the room was booked in advance 5 nights. Arrived, paid 5. The administrator mixed something up. A day later, we are asked to move to worse rooms on the last day, while they will give a 5% discount on the rest "next time" (what kind of nonsense? ). I didn’t want to, I asked why we were, the answer was: “Well, they are regular customers, they have been visiting us for several years. ” What's the attitude? As a result, we found the same room as we paid for, and we agreed.
Restaurant. The first two days the serving was strange for me: pancakes with apples, after 10 minutes potato pancakes, another 10 minutes - soup. We decided to order in advance so that everyone ate at the same time and brought the dishes in the correct order. As a result, hungry children waited 40 minutes for their dishes, for mothers the serving was almost at the beginning (they brought a chop, and 20 minutes later buckwheat to it). After talking with the administrator, everyone began to endure plus or minus normally. Sometimes at the next table someone drank vodka. I would divide the halls: for those who just eat, and for "drink". The site says that pets are prohibited, but in the pool the girls were relaxing with two cute dogs (not even in the room, but in the common area). There is a high-voltage transmission line across the territory: on the one hand, there is a playground under it, on the other, a hotel. I think it should be listed on the site. I would not have stayed in such a place if I had known in advance.
From the good: the rooms are clean and spacious; comfortable beds. Restaurant, rooms, swimming pool are in the same room - this is a plus. The pool is tiled, heated floor, wooden deck chairs. There were usually few people, it was comfortable to rest. When we left ahead of schedule, the money was returned immediately for the unlived day.
