Dobropark. Our answer to Keukenhof
Here comes the long-awaited Easter-May weekend of 2021. The soul longed for the holidays, but Europe was still closed to travel. Unusually cold weather for the beginning of May (+5 ...+ 10 ° C) did not add much desire to travel for a long time in Ukraine, although there were no restrictions for travel in intercity transport at that time.
Just the day before, I learned about the opening of a large landscape park within an hour's drive from Kyiv, which I immediately wanted to visit.
It was possible to get by public transport from Kyiv by buses departing from Art. Zhytomyrska, I did not find the advertised shuttle that could be delivered directly to the gate, so I took advantage of the flight to Makariv. The cost of the trip in the spring of 2021 was 34 UAH (drive about 40 minutes, distance around 25 km).
The inconvenience of traveling by bus - the need to cross the Zhytomyr route. It is known that overpass pedestrian crossings were installed on Zhytomyrka immediately after leaving Kyiv, but there were none at the turn to Motyzhyn. As well as terrestrial as well. But drivers took into account the relevant road crossing signs and reduced speed. Go from the road to "Dobropark" - about 600 meters, walk along the road, pedestrian zone is not provided. The proximity of the attraction reminds more and more parked cars (parking spaces are also not provided, I hope, yet).
It was extremely lively before the entrance, tickets (cost 150 hryvnias) could be bought both at the regular box office and at the terminal. The latter provided small discounts to VISA cardholders:
The park is located on a plain (strongly blown by winds) and occupies a large area.
There are many photo areas in the park, but the number of tourists also exceeded reasonable limits (for reasons, see the first paragraph), so most attractions without tourists could not be photographed.
Obviously, the owners are positioning "Dobropark" for family vacations, so they have provided many attractions for children. Amusement park:
Especially the racetrack from a distant childhood (generations of the 1970s-1980s remember the "buggy"):
Most of the attractions were still in the process of installation (as well as some tulips in the process of landing), as these were the first days of the park. Noting that no power lines are connected to the park, how are all the attractions fed? Really a kind of portable generators?
The main exposition of the park is, of course, tulip plantations. In a month or two, when the tulips bloom naturally, the park will obviously be converted into a summer beach holiday. There is a small reservoir in Dobropark, the beach area was actively equipped on the shores.
About those Dobropark is built on the model of Keukenhof, reminiscent of the administrative building (hotel? ). Yaknamen, the style is completely Dutch:
Of course, what a recreation park without a "tourist train", quite European, modern. Although, as far as I remember, in the original Keukenhof, there was no "tourist train", all on foot.
There is also a cafe, although in Keukenhof, I remember I already had young strawberries (and the time of year when I visited the Netherlands was similar - April 30 - May 3.2007), but we have a trend for other dishes: < / p>
Well, now, actually, tulips:
I was returning by a good park shuttle, the cost of the trip is the same, only the bus is much higher.
