We arrived with friends in Berdyansk on 01.07. 17. Only 4 adults and one child of 4 years old, we did not book accommodation in advance, we chose the Udachny recreation center. We rented two suites for 7 days, one 2-bed for 500 UAH and one 3-bed for 600 UAH. Both rooms were next to each other on the 2nd floor. There is no soundproofing, you can hear what they are talking about, what they are watching and what they are doing in the next room. The rooms were cleaned, there was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, they thought that after the repair and due to the fact that the room was closed and it just needed to be ventilated, however, the ventilation did not help. The room has a comfortable double bed, TV, refrigerator, shower, toilet, wardrobe, mini table, 4 towels (2 large, two small). Everything seems fine except for the smell in the room. However, no one cleans the room for 7 days, while there is no broom in the room. The bed linen was not changed during the week, nor were the towels. The trash can was not taken out, a garbage bag was allocated 1 for 7 days! They don't seem to know much about air fresheners. Now it became clear where this smell came from. I had to use my own money to buy garbage bags and an air freshener. The water is sometimes turned off. . Check-out at 11, and not at 12, as is customary all over the world, well, it’s like that, but when in the morning we were hurried to leave the room before 11 o’clock, arguing that there would be a check-in and we need to leave the room faster so that they can clean it, etc. and at the same timewhile we are still collecting things, stepping over our things and saying that it’s really impossible to be normal and leave the room earlier - this is already a service according to Berdyansk. We left exactly at 11 from the room and thought that we could finally go home from this "hospitable" recreation center. But the mistress Tamara had her own opinion. It turns out that WE had to take out the garbage, for those 3500 UAH and 4200 UAH that we left for a week of stay. Tamara says: "you came to a clean room, take out the trash. "Despite the fact that they left behind a clean room, but you see, they didn’t take out the bucket from the toilet. When the hostess replied that cleaning the room is the responsibility of the cleaners, but not vacationers at all, and it would not be bad to provide at least garbage bags for taking out the garbage, he received an excellent answer that fully characterizes the attitude towards the guests, then the quote: "You... are the smartest. I don't owe anything to anyone". This phrase is final and it is difficult to add anything else. Although they still didn’t want to let us out of the base, because they couldn’t find the remote control for the air conditioner lying on the bed. Here is such a vacation turned out. I categorically DO NOT recommend a vacation at the base Udachny!!! We will not come again and will not recommend anyone to rest in Berdyansk. And in pursuit, instead of wishing for a successful road, they received a wish for an asshole. . .
