Good afternoon. We wanted to share our impressions about the rest in the hotel "Athena" at the end of June 2018. We found this hotel on the website https://www. booking. com in May 2018. By the phone number indicated on the site, the polite staff told about the availability of rooms, during the conversation we were given the details of a bank card, to which we need to make an advance payment for the day of stay. When we finally arrived at the hotel on June 24.2018, the hotel administrator was looking for payment for a long time and our names in some lists, suggested that we mixed up the dates, and so on. We showed a receipt for making an advance payment, the answer was: don’t worry, now we’ll figure it out and put you in the rooms, just wait a few minutes, I’ll call my assistant, and we’ll decide everything. After a quiet brief communication among themselves, the administrator suddenly tells us the following: "Girls, so you have the wrong address. There are two hotels in Berdyansk with the name Athena, you are not here, sorry. Call the number you ordered the rooms. "
As a result, our hotel "Athena" turned out to be a three-story house in the private sector, not at all on a spit, close to a dirty beach, without the absence of any sign on the gate "Athena".
It is not clear who is right and who is to blame in this situation, whether they mistakenly indicated the phone numbers on the website of another "hotel", or at the same time the administrators of both establishments, but the desire to go ever to these places will never arise again !!!!
This is such a "wonderful" vacation with our children this year in the sunny city of Berdyansk.
Therefore, to everyone who is going to go on vacation to these parts, we advise you to check all the information a hundred times, so as not to get stuck like us, or even better to relax for the same money, outside our country !!!!!!! !
