The room was cleaned only once in 5 days, the sand crunched under my feet, and I put the garbage in bags in the corridor and from there it disappeared. We lived on the 4th floor, the elevator did not work for two days, we had to drag ourselves up the stairs with wet towels and a small child. Sun loungers on the beach for an additional fee - 20 UAH. per day (which is also silent on advertising sites). In addition, the bright playground (according to the ad) is only for preschool children. If you have schoolchildren, then they can either lie in front of the TV in the evenings or feed mosquitoes on a bench, because workers simply kick out older children from the playground. My daughter is 10 years old and she had the imprudence to climb a big trampoline on the site (I checked with the administration in advance if she could go there), 2 workers came running and began to insult my daughter with a “horse” and a “horse”, then they began to be rude to me. There was a conflict and the next day I took the children and moved to another boarding house, because I did not get the administration to take care of these "ladies". Only a part of the money was returned to me, almost 700 hryvnias were "squeezed", arguing that this is money for food and it is somewhere deep already in circulation for that same food. We did not observe any disco or anything else during the rest, but the bar at the dining room "pleased" with fabulous prices. A pack of Pringles chips cost 50 hryvnias, and Pepsi another 25 hryvnias. A separate song is mosquitoes. They bit even during the day, at any point of the boarding house. My son's leg was swollen from a bite, Suprastin gave. One of the evenings in the boarding house the power went out, of course the air conditioner turned off and the refrigerator dripped. I will never go there again.
