2) The room is beyond praise, everything is comfortable, high quality, everything is brand new, not filthy. Mosquito net on the balcony door, tea set (kettle, cups, tea and coffee bags that are replenished every day, but we didn’t like coffee and black tea in these bags), shower gel and shampoo in small bubbles in the bathroom, soap, everything replenished every day as needed. Above the bath, you can pull out a clothesline from a special hole. There is a balcony clothes dryer. The sink is closed with a lid and can be used instead of a basin. There is a glass table on the balcony, where we drank tea in the evening, looking at the sea.
Mini bar for cooling drinks (this is not a refrigerator, the temperature there is about 15-20 degrees, so dairy products should not be stored there - they will go bad). We had a room with a double bed, all three of us fit and it was very free. There was a sofa next to it, we didn't use it, but it seems it was a folding one (judging by the two spare pillows in the closet). I describe all this, because not all the details are described on the site, I had to ask everything by e-mail, because someone might need such information.
3) Service is also - beyond praise. The maids cleaned every day (and with high quality, everything shone and shone), changed towels, bed linen and reported tea, soap, toilet paper if it ran out. On the beach, towels can be changed at least every hour. The entire staff is very responsive, polite and pleasant. I had to leave for about ten minutes, I asked the beach guard to look after the child.
I come back, I watch the picture, how my daughter communicates nicely with the security guard, I liked it very much. Having played out, the children ran up to the edge of the deep pool, the guard immediately jumped up and watched that nothing amiss happened, I also really liked this moment. Girls animators tried to come up with all sorts of entertainment for the kids. For adults in the morning there was aqua aerobics.
4) The hotel area is not large, but green and well-groomed. The beach and pool are cleaned daily. They try not to allow people who do not live in the hotel to the beach.
During our holiday period, the area was treated for mosquitoes. My daughter really liked the playground, especially the dinosaurs, when they growled, I had to run up to them, press the button and the music to which my daughter would dance would play.
: ) There were always enough sun loungers for everyone, and it was unpleasant to watch when someone occupied their seats from the early morning, laying out towels, hanging flags, and they themselves disappeared.
5) We ate mainly in the restaurant "Centrale" - a buffet. I really liked it there - attentive staff, a variety of dishes, pleasant music and a beautiful panoramic view of the hotel, eat and enjoy life! Now the details. Buffet must be paid before 11 o'clock every day. All sorts of different dishes, it is clear that the chef is trying, thanks to him and the whole team for delicious masterpieces. My daughter is a lover of kefir, although it is only on the table in the morning, but we were poured without any problems at the request for both lunch and dinner, and sometimes the waitresses themselves came up and asked if we could bring kefir, it was very nice for such care and attention.
A variety of dishes, I will list what I remember - champagne and red fish (in the morning), red and white wine at lunch and in the evening, a variety of soups - borscht, chicken soup with giblets, sorrel, kharcho soup, just chicken broth, etc. ; different side dishes; chicken, fish, meat cutlets; baked vegetables mainly zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, cauliflower; on the second - lasagna, French meat, steaks, fried or baked fish, julienne, herring, chicken, etc. ; in the morning - nuts, candied fruits, cereals, muesli, oatmeal porridge, scrambled eggs, casserole, cottage cheese, etc. , various cakes - cottage cheese with jelly on top, cake like honey cake and Napoleon with custard, shortbread cookies with nuts, sweet potatoes ( my daughter really liked it and my husband), and I could not tear myself away from the curd cake with jelly on top. : ) Fruits - kiwi, orange, nectarine, banana, plums, apples, apricots, grapes, a salad of different fruits in the morning, my daughter ate with a bang.
We didn't really like the restaurant "La Terrassa". I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp - these are three shrimp, and in the middle there is a mountain of green leaves, I was amazed, I did not expect to see this salad in such a terrible performance ....I ordered a regular salad of tomatoes and cucumbers and was again amazed - the cucumbers were cut into half and tomatoes, too, how can you eat it, it's like eating a separate cucumber and a separate tomato ...Ice cream, also not tasty, you can feel the water and chemistry, no milky-creamy taste, in short, flavored ice. There is no ordinary water in the menu for choosing, only one San Benedetto - 200 ml costs 18 hryvnia, and 1.5 liters of this water costs 50 hryvnia. We had to have lunch and dinner there upon arrival, because we did not have time to sign up for the buffet. Here is a receipt from this restaurant:

For dinner:
Pork kebab 2 plates - 170 gr. ! ! (dryish)
Lunch for turtles - 35 gr.
Vegetable salad with po-ohm - 39 gr. ! ! (it's still that cutting : ))), as if the cook was in a hurry, cut the cucumber in half and the salad is ready)
Jaffa juices 500 g - 30 gr.
Bavaria - 25 gr.
Total: 299 gr.
The positive aspects of this restaurant - when you are waiting for an order, they bring olives and bread straws, and at the end of the meal they pour Limoncella - a tincture to improve digestion, a very interesting little thing, my husband and I really liked it. They take it out in a large vessel in ice.
Disadvantages:
We are a non-smoking family, but we had to breathe tobacco from our neighbors (and smoked the entire floor, we were probably the only ones who did not smoke), this spoiled our rest, mood and health ...In the evening we sit down to drink tea on the balcony, and instead of sea healthy air had to breathe tobacco .... : ((((We slept with an open balcony, because with the closed air it became stuffy, and waking up in the morning we inhaled, again, smoke from cigarettes ....Coming from the sea to room, sometimes we observed fog from tobacco smoke there (we were especially unlucky with neighbors who were nearby on the right side, they had a baby and they sat on the balcony endlessly and smoked every five minutes) We found a way out of this situation - they arranged a draft, they opened a window in the common corridor, opposite our door and everything was blown onto the balcony. The first few days, while there were no neighbors nearby, it was very good and comfortable.
In short, if you are a non-smoking family, then you have nothing to do there, you will be exhausted.
Maybe the leadership of the young hotel will listen to the wishes for the future:
1) Prohibit smoking in the hotel at all (let them smoke on the street in a place specially created for this) or Divide the people upon check-in into smokers and non-smokers.
2) I suggest you expand, buy land nearby and build a bungalow, for those who want to be independent from their neighbors.
3) To provide free drinking water to the tea set.
4) WIFI is slow by modern standards, I would like it to be faster.
