Very bad hotel management, everything is done to lure money, they put in the wrong rooms, without ordered services, the rooms are dirty. The technique doesn't work. The massage, ordered in advance and agreed with the reception, was canceled at the last minute, no one deigned to warn in advance. The food is lousy, everything is the cheapest, there is no choice, you can’t feed a child there at all, the coffee is terrible, the dishes are dirty, if something runs out, they carry it for a long time, there are not even teaspoons. There are 2 restaurants on the territory with unprofessional staff, in principle, as well as throughout the territory. For the same money you can find much better. The feeling that the staff is recruited according to Stalinist principles, brother, matchmaker, wife, mistress, and they cannot do without each other and the call center. Very bad.
