1. Numbers. The hotel has 12 rooms - all with excellent renovation, high ceilings and a large area. Our room had a huge terrace which was so lovely to sit and have a coffee. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, bathrobes and disposable slippers, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, glasses, shower accessories, clothes dryer. The rooms are cleaned every day very carefully. Beds are changed every other day or every day.
2. Restaurant. Although the menu is not very large, there are dishes for every taste - fish, meat, salads, and side dishes. Many thanks to the chef - all the food is very tasty! Portions are large and well presented.
3. Territory. Wonderful clean pool, comfortable sun loungers. Everything is clean and constantly cleaned.
The bar is right next to the pool, you can always order drinks and food, sitting at comfortable tables near the pool. The territory is green, there is a playground and parking.
4. Staff. Here I can write a lot : ). I am incredibly impressed! Yes, many hotels have friendly staff. But! In this hotel, the staff is not only friendly, but everyone - from the director to the maids, sincerely cares about making all guests feel cozy and comfortable. Any, even the most insignificant issues, are resolved instantly. Many thanks to Marina, Svetlana Zhorzhevna, Irina, Olga and all the waitress girls for making our stay at the hotel unforgettable! You are great fellows, I am sincerely grateful to you for your work!
Summing up, I can say that I will definitely come to this hotel again and again and recommend it to everyone. (Although no. I do not recommend. Otherwise it will be difficult for me to book a room : ))

Check-in at the hotel from 14-00 to 15-00. We arrived at 6 am, checked in, left our things at the reception and went to explore the city. By 12, the administrator called and said that they were already ready to accommodate us - they met us halfway, for which we are very grateful.
The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious - we lived 2 adults + 2 children in a one-room suite, there was plenty of space. Room cleaning daily. Large terrace with wicker furniture (we had a pool view). Very beautiful and well maintained area. Clean and deep enough even for adults pool with umbrellas, sunbeds and lounge area.
Hearty breakfasts are included in the price - you choose one of the five proposed options. We ate in the hotel restaurant from time to time - very tasty! Special thanks to the chefs!
Of the minor disadvantages - we lacked a kettle in the room, but boiling water was provided at the reception on request. And, in my opinion, the prices for any drinks in the restaurant are too high - water 30 UAH for 0.5l, tea-coffee 35 UAH, alcohol (beer 0.5 l - 50-80 UAH, ... ) You can drink "your own" only in the room , at the pool - not allowed (+100 UAH to the bill per day)
Service at the highest level! Very friendly hotel staff, guessing the wishes of their guests from half a glance))). A big thank you to all of you for a really great vacation! Unfortunately, Berdyansk itself failed to impress. And thanks to you, we enjoyed our vacation very much!

We rest for the second year with children, the pool is excellent, large and clean, the cuisine is delicious. The only thing is that it is not near the sea, but this is also a plus - choose the beach at your discretion, if you want for the children, if you want to the spit, if you want to the central one....and again if you want - to the pool right there in the hotel.
