Unforgettable holidays in paradise: beauty, silence, everything is done for vacationers, so that we feel very good. Good day! We rest here for the first time! We love this inn so much! This is a song, rest in such a hotel, and - our best! Unforgettable holidays in paradise: beauty, silence, everything is done for vacationers, so that we feel very good. Firstly, cleanliness - maintained by the owners systematically at a very high level. Secondly, complete responsiveness and a complete atmosphere of goodwill: Tatyana, Igor, and Irina are always open, when you do not apply, you will receive all the answers, any help, any service, complete comfort, everything will be done for your rest! Thirdly, the rooms have a high-quality repair, the system of all necessary services is stably maintained and apparently updated every year, since this is not the first time we have a rest in this hotel. And this pleases most of all: taking care of us, vacationers, which is not a frequent event today in relation to us, vacationers!
In addition, of course, it is very pleasant that the whole yard is well-groomed, the garden is an oasis, flowers are everywhere, such a very cozy yard, in which the owners organized for us, vacationers, separate tables for lunch and breakfast. And it's not hot in this garden. Yes, the atmosphere of the Garden of Eden. And, of course, who wants to leave such a place to relax at sea! In August 2021, we rested not for the first time, and of course, we want to return to such a hotel for new experiences. Stayed with my son, really enjoyed it. I found the hotel via the Internet, read a lot of good reviews, everything turned out to be true, very hospitable and decent hosts, very clean, it feels like they are trying for people, there are few rooms, there is no usual fuss, calm, several kitchens with everything you need, everything is very clean, no one does not interfere with anyone, the tables are fixed (as well as the kitchen) for the room, and what homemade dinners you just lick your fingers, even homemade noodles and dumplings are made into soups.

I found the hotel via the Internet, read a lot of good reviews, everything turned out to be true, very hospitable and decent hosts, very clean, it feels like they are trying for people, there are few rooms, there is no usual fuss, calm, several kitchens with everything you need, everything is very clean, no one does not interfere with anyone, the tables are fixed (as well as the kitchen) for the room, and what homemade dinners you just lick your fingers, even homemade noodles and dumplings are made into soups. The owner had very tasty wine, I tried three types: light, pink and red, I didn’t try chacha, they already sorted it out, and I’m not a fan, vacationers said that even the owner sent wine by mail too.
The yard is clean, cozy, a lot of greenery, there are gazebos, barbecues, a playground with toys, a distant iron gate, it closes at the top, the child will not run out and a pet - you can take him on vacation, the owners love animals. Five minutes walk to the sea, twenty minutes to the center and the zoo, you can take a minibus, the stops are nearby, the owner himself takes you to the spit. And if you are a fisherman, then you will find a reliable like-minded person and friend in the person of Igor - the owner, he always came with a catch, I saw a bucket of fish myself in a couple of hours.
It can be seen that people treat their business with love, a rarity in our time, everything is described and photographed on the Internet as it is. The only thing is to go to the sea through the railway, but I didn’t see trains and close. Maybe in September we will organize a fishing trip for ourselves for a couple of days, the owner says the pelengas is well caught. We are here now! Join, you won't regret it!

Since according to the photographs, there are many similar housing, and I could not stop at one thing.
Igor met us and, together with the suitcases, took us free of charge and settled us. In the room, clean bed linen, a hanger, a fan, a toilet with a shower and a double bed. TV and refrigerator were in a separate shared kitchen. There was no Wi-Fi at that time, they used an MTS modem brought from home. The room was clean and tidy. Price per room 200 UAH. Igor also offered me meals (lunches and dinners), I don’t remember how much it cost there,
but it's pretty affordable. I liked the food very much, everything is homemade, varied, and insanely delicious. And the first courses, and salads, and roasts, pastries, superrr!!!
In the courtyard there is a playground, a sandbox, a swing. The only thing is that there were two entrances to the courtyard, with access to one street and another. So I didn’t really like it because I was worried that one of the residents would not close the gate and the child might run out into the street.
Also from the minuses, you can see somewhere not far away there was a disco, and up to 2 hours of commercials you could listen to all the newfangled hits. )))

Shops are also 250 meters from housing. To the embankment and Primorskaya Square about 20 minutes on foot. To the water park and dolphinarium, 5 minutes by bus, or 25 minutes walk. In principle, I really like the Slobodka district, I like to walk along the sea in the evening,
