I want to leave a review about the rest in the hotel "Crab House". The place was recommended by friends. On the phone, everyone was politely told in nuances, the picture is good, but now I want to describe in detail all the pros and cons.
Pros:
+ There is always hot water;
+ Air conditioning.
+ Good modern renovation in the bathroom;
+ There is a small playground with a comfortable swing and a bench for adults;
+ Protected area;
+ Free blankets for the beach on request;
+ Area with tables and tables in the open air where you can eat;
+ To the beach about 10-15 minutes on foot through the park and alley with thujas.
Minuses:

- "Kitchen is not included in the price. " To our question to the administrator "why the detergent is already diluted so much that it is simply impossible for them to wash the dishes", we were answered exactly like that. Like, "say thank you that there is a kitchen at all. We already gave you a detergent out of the kindness of our hearts. " Sponges and washcloths are so dirty and greasy that they are simply unpleasant to pick up. Also, when they told the administrator about it, they quickly changed everything. Consequently, they have this inventory in stock, either they are not in a hurry to update it, or they simply do not want to do it. It's a pity, because all our complaints were aimed at keeping the kitchen and the hotel clean, so that the dishes were perfectly washed, etc.
- Kettles work, but not all.
- We rested for 7 days. Cleaning should have been done to us on the 3rd. On the 3rd day we were warned that for some reason they could not remove it today, they would do it tomorrow. On the 4th day, we already asked about cleaning, we were told "today the maid took a day off. " We were left without cleaning again. If we had not asked, apparently, no one would have warned us.
- Change of linen on the 6th day. Very strange, since we rested for 7 days, why do we need a change of linen the night before departure?
- Sewerage. Everything is very bad. Sorry, in order to flush the toilet, I had to stand for 5-10 minutes and press on the barrel or drain it with water from the basin. The same thing in the shower: the water below drained for a very long time.
- WiFi. There is, but the room catches terribly. Good catches only in the territory. To make a call via messenger or download a movie, you need to leave the room.
- Administration. to all our claims are absolutely adequate instead of saying "sorry, we'll fix it" or somehow calmly explaining, they began to object to us and deny "how is it bad wi-fi? we have an excellent one at the reception" (there is a separate wi-fi for guests and for the receptionist, it is obvious that the second catches perfectly, but only employees know the prol), "the kitchen is actually free" and stuff like that.
- A very strange case. We were cooking in the kitchen, someone from the administration and / or maids came up and started sweeping and removing cobwebs from the ceiling right during our cooking. Thank you that the web did not refuse in the pan.
- Noisy in the evening. It is tolerable and almost inaudible if you close the door and windows (then, accordingly, it becomes stuffy in the room). Near a cafe or restaurant with loudly screaming music around 22-23 hours.

- Very close to the hotel there are a couple of shops, but everything is very expensive there (juice in one of the shops costs 28 hryvnias, in Silpo the same juice costs 18). To supermarkets and the market you need to go by minibus.
This review was not written with the intent to offend or offend the administration and staff of the Crab House Hotel. I hope my comment and similar comments from other vacationers will simply help you correct the shortcomings and become better.
