We went on vacation with my wife and small child in July 2017, just in time for the high season. We chose Dacha Luck because on the spit, all the hotels were already occupied, and Dacha was surprisingly free. We booked a room with a sea view for 1500 UAH. About the cons: the hostess of the hotel, Marina, is an ill-mannered boor and a rude woman. When we first entered the territory, she did not even deign to say hello, she simply briefly asked sourly: "What did you want? " Okay, I guess it worked. As later practice showed not to greet and respectfully address customers, this is their norm. In general, being on this base, one gets the impression that they are stupidly making money on you. No service, paid all the money for accommodation - go for a walk. Cleaning in the room every 5 days, or when you ask. There is no hair dryer in the room, one hair dryer for the whole hotel. And catering is a whole other story. You order food in advance at the time that the administrator will indicate to you, but it’s not a fact that they won’t bring it to you 15-20 minutes earlier and you will already eat it cold. Marina stupidly ignored my remark about catering. The territory of the base is very small, and instead of greenery or a playground there is a parking lot for cars. So the child has nothing to do there at all except to be on the beach or stay in the room. You can write a lot more negative, just a cry from the heart! But I will torment you. I’ll just say that my wife and I decided for ourselves that next year we’ll go on vacation abroad, where at least people are valued and respected, and they don’t stupidly shoot money from them and pay rudeness in return.
