I read dissatisfied reviews and, to be honest, I was a little surprised - a normal buffet, the choice was good, everything was fresh, and diet meals were fatty, in general, we liked it. dinners - for a fee - 95 UAH per person and also very decent. we just travel around Ukraine a lot and we can compare - the food in Arthur's is one of the best. the pools are not heated. it was cold outside in May. but I was pleased with their indoor pool - it is warm (28 degrees) and exit from it directly to the outdoor pools and sun loungers. for trips in May or in September-October - ideal - swim - immediately sunbathe in the sun. A lot of children is, of course, a plus. firstly, it’s quiet (in the sense of no drinking parties), and secondly, your children will have someone to communicate with. The beach is cleaned constantly, the staff is polite. Now the cons. Internet only in the lobby on the ground floor. Gentlemen, the 21st century is in the yard! In a hotel that positions itself as 4 stars - it's just a shame. Central air conditioner. They learned how to turn it off, but they couldn’t turn it on for heating (it’s cold at night in May) and they froze all the days, returned with a sore throat and fever. balcony is a separate song. they have large terraces only in large rooms, but it was pointless for us to overpay twice for two, and in the standards - this is generally a perversion, and not a balcony - there are no ropes, there is nowhere to dry clothes, the railings are rusty, the area is about a meter and a half, at least they would put plastic stools in order to sit in the air, smoke. Is it really such a big expense for a hotel - plastic stools for 40 UAH and two ropes with clothespins? ! And of course, a fungus in the shower is as it should be. Mosquitoes. it's just awful. in hotels 4 stars - they put scarecrows throughout the territory, but, apparently, "Arthurs" has some kind of peculiar 4 stars. It is better not to go outside the territory - the Berdyansk Spit is a nightmare - construction sites, dirt, dust, eateries. In short, the general conclusion is that everything is fine, but without nuances.
