Good afternoon!
I would like to share my personal impressions about the rest at the Robinson base. Rested in August 2017.3 adults. We lived in a house (economy option). And now everything is in order. Having passed into the territory, they said that they would be settled, the guard asked, in the “Sea Urchin”? After the answer to the house, interest in us disappeared and the phrase “wait” sounded. And we waited quite a long time while the staff "bounced" around the guests who settled in more expensive accommodation. After waiting for the arrival of the administrator, we looked at the house and asked to tell us where it was. The answer was: "the toilet is there, the water is on the territory" - very informative and hospitable. The toilet is just terrible, the door in one did not close, the holder in the shower was broken, the water was only cold. Sorry, but even in the economy you need to monitor the serviceability and do elementary attire! In the house, the outer door did not close from the inside, with difficulty from the outside, the second door to the room also did not close. The size of the pillowcases does not match the size of the pillows, the beds are of unknown age with holes in the mattress and protruding springs. There is one blanket for 3 beds, and because it was cold at night, they asked for more, they gave it to children. In principle, I don’t want to talk about preparing the room for check-in, it simply doesn’t exist. Of the pluses, a private beach, the sea is very shallow and this is not for everyone. In general, there was no desire to rest at this base, so every day they just left. When checking out, they asked the security guard to call the administrator in order to rent the house, after waiting half an hour no one came, the guard's answer is the same - wait, literally - she will come anyway. Thank you, but please wait. And we left leaving the key in the lock. Summing up all of the above, I would like to turn to the owners of this base - dear, if you offer accommodation in an economy option, then bring these options into proper form, because economy vacation implies the absence of certain amenities, and not the complete absence of normal conditions. Of course, I will never come to you again, but I hope that this review will not cause you offense (the truth should not be offended), but a desire to change something for the better.
