Rested in this hotel for 7 years in a row, rested with a child. The rooms are plus or minus good, there is no normal wifi - it hangs all the time, the water pressure on the upper floors is disgusting. All these minuses were covered by a clean shallow sea - child-friendly, beautiful green area, nice clean beach and good food at the Noah's Ark restaurant. The last time I rested in July 21 - 15.07. 21 during the eviction I was charged with damage for allegedly damaged bed linen on the entire double bed in the amount of 1700 UAH. Not a question - I paid, but asked to put the bedding I bought with me. Instead of a set for a double bed, they put a double sheet and a pissed and bloody children's underwear in a garbage bag, which there was nowhere to even put in my room - the bed was double. The rest of the linen I bought was stolen by the staff of the complex. I discovered all this when I arrived home in the evening, as I was in a hurry to leave early and did not check anything on the spot, relying on the decency of the staff of the complex, where I had been resting for 7 years in a row. Having found a pissed-off children's duvet cover, he began to ring - he talked with four employees of the Garden of Eden complex, starting with the reception and ending with a laundress and someone from the administration, dumped photos and videos of linen in viber. In the end, the employees of the Garden of Eden admitted that they did not put my underwear on me and promised to return the money. I have been waiting for the tenth day - there is no money. Here is such a bestial attitude towards a person who is resting with them, who brought them his money for 7 years in a row - everything was killed by a pissed children's duvet cover. . . I will not come to them again and I will dissuade all my friends who rested there. Now everything is spoiled by such bestial attitude.
