There are no questions about the hotel - they cleaned and changed linen every day, the territory was guarded and it is clear that all the employees are very responsible. Breakfasts are very monotonous, that is, every day is absolutely the same, of course we survived it, but I think it would be worth staying not 7, but 10 days, these pancakes would stand across my throat. The menu of the restaurant itself is very good, and the seafood was perhaps the best in all of Nungwi. The beach is clean, low tide as expected, we did not feel. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the village, and there the market and the soul can turn around to the fullest - from souvenirs to mangoes for 12 UAH. Local guys, of course, are still businessmen, but after 2 days you get used to them. So in general, the rest turned out to be very good, except that on the first day we were shamelessly burned despite spf 50 and sun loungers, but that's a completely different story.

We bought a tour 4 days before departure, so there was no choice at all. Since they wanted exactly Nungwi beach, the Pegasus tour operator offered only this option. Earlier, when I studied hotels for myself, I marked it as “not bad”, I was bribed by the proximity to the sea and the developed infrastructure around.

So, we arrived at the hotel at the first hour of the day, the check-in happened very quickly, that is, we arrived - the rooms were ready, we were given the keys, put bracelets on our hands and that's it. Our room turned out to be N8, with a gorgeous view of the ocean, next to the restaurant. Someone will say that it is very noisy, the entrance courtyard, but everything suited us. Moreover, music and the restaurant are open until 22:00. The room certainly lacks a refrigerator, but we knew about it and were ready.
The room has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a table, 1 chair, 2 bedside tables, 2 table lamps, no wardrobe, a crossbar with 5-6 hangers and a shelf, there is also a safe (an iron box that can be locked with a key), a bed with a net from mosquitoes.
There is a problem with sockets, there are only 2 sockets where our plugs can be connected, the other 2 are not suitable for us. The bathroom has 2 jars with a dispenser (soap and shower gel), a shower cap and a sanitary bag. The room is cleaned every day, towels and linen are changed, 2 bottles of water are brought to the room every day. Almost every room is lined with clotheslines, you can dry things. There are short-term power outages, but not for a long time, 1-2 minutes, often there is no water pressure in the shower and the water itself. On the first night, mosquitoes bit badly, even the net did not save, they bought a fumigator the next day and the problem was solved.
Breakfast in my opinion is good, well, certainly not for a 2 * hotel.
For breakfast: potatoes, mushrooms, fried bacon, sausages, if desired, the chef will fry scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with vegetables, cheese, sausage of your choice. There are also two types of cereal, milk, pastries (croissants, a croissant with chocolate, some curls with condensed milk and nuts, muffins and some other buns), tea, coffee (brewed), juices, water, 2 types of yogurt, you can fry toasts, fruits (watermelon, pineapple, passion fruit). We ate in our restaurant and I want to say that the price-quality ratio corresponds and you don’t need to go far. By the way, there are a lot of cafes, restaurants around for every taste and budget.
There is animation: yoga, fitness, stretching on the seashore, there is a volleyball net. In the evening, live music or a DJ, put tables on the beach very romantic. There are always free sun loungers with mattresses, about 35 pieces, but only 4-5 under umbrellas, the rest are in the shade of a sprawling tree. Sun loungers are free, beach towels are paid $ 1 per day, but we brought our own, did not take them.
Of the small minuses: a lot of crows, they croak and interfere with rest and boats standing in front of a little interfere with the view.
Well, I sort of described everything. In the end, I think this hotel can rightfully be considered a solid trio.

Rested in 2019. Nature is beautiful. The rooms are clean. Cleaned twice a day. Be sure to treat with some mosquito repellent during another cleaning before sunset. We had a refrigerator in the room. There were problems with water, but when applying to the reception, everything was resolved quickly (it is better to know English).

We had a refrigerator in the room. There were problems with water, but when applying to the reception, everything was resolved quickly (it is better to know English). The photo shows a thatched roof, and now the roof is covered with metal. There was a thunderstorm at night, and you could hear drops knocking on the metal, and the roof quickly heats up during the day from the sun. The room was very large, there was air conditioning and a fan that can be turned on when you go for an evening walk. That was enough to cool the room for the night. I don't remember the room number, but behind us was the building where the workers lived. In the morning you will not sleep for a long time.
Breakfasts are very poor and primitive, but you will not stay hungry. The previous review surprised me a lot with the range of breakfasts. Today 27.01. 21, and the response dates 28.01. 21.
If the author confused the year, I can say that in December 2019 there was definitely no such range.
The hotel only had breakfast. We had dinner at other hotels and local cafes.
Pineapples, mangoes cost pennies, bought in the center.
Do not buy excursions on the beach, but only in hotels at stationary points. We bought on the beach and, so to speak, got. We went on an excursion to the capital and the dolphins. Of course, the dolphins were not seen, and we were not even taken there. I had to return by taxi from the capital.
Wi-Fi is very weak and only at the reception or in a cafe, but they come here not to work, enough to communicate with family.
We liked it. Clearly, the workers helped in everything, the food, as for 2 stars, is normal.
And the weather, nature, the Indian Ocean is a miracle.
Zanzibar Airport is a separate topic : )
