Upon arrival at the hotel, we waited 30 minutes until we were settled, but we were offered to go allegedly to Panorama 2 and said that it was better there and there was a pool. Upon arrival, we see that this is not a hotel. At the alleged "reception" we are met by the owner of these "apartments", sorting out her personal belongings, which were just lying on the floor, instead of with her daughters on the threshold. The pool in this hut was microscopic, I'm not sure that an adult can fit there in a lying position. The restaurant is just awful. It was simply knocked together from boards and there was a refrigerator for drinks, on which a chain with a lock was oared. There was no kitchen even close. It was more like a local bottling. The beach is just awful. The complete absence of tourists on the beach and only local children played in tons of seaweed that were on the beach. Wi-Fi is out of the question. We spent a whole day to be moved to another hotel. After checking into another hotel and talking with vacationers, it turned out that not only us were not settled in the panorama, they were simply told this at the tour operator's desk upon arrival.
