The hotel is brand new, the furniture and renovation are fresh, the bathroom has a shower cabin, the rooms have good Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast, much better than standard Turkish. The location is not in the city center, but within walking distance from the Van fortress (about 5 kilometers). Of the shortcomings, only poor soundproofing and sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke from the ventilation.
