The hotel in Uludag was booked through Turkish tour operators, they themselves offered us several hotels of different price categories and we chose alkoclar sport, which worked on an all-inclusive basis, $ 95 per day for a 2-bed room. The alkoclar sport hotel was a little disappointing at first, as photos of the rooms of its older brother are posted on the Internet, which is located across the road and is much more expensive.
The hotel is old, but very comfortable, excellent service and food. The price includes a subscription to 2 lifts. The first is located 10 meters from the hotel, the second is across the road, but you can go down to it from the hill from the other side. There are many slopes, you can ask for a map of the slopes at the hotel. There is no night skiing, the lifts are open until 17-00. The center of Uludag is very small, you can only eat in hotels, prices in cafes are very, very high, be sure to ask for a menu and specify the cost (they tried to sell 3 tiny ram ribs to us for 40 bucks, and a hookah for 35, they are not bargained, I had to return for dinner in hotel). They explain their inflated prices by a short tourist season. It is better to settle in the first zone, since in the rest there may not be snow at all. The hotel has a ski rental, a cafe near the ski lift, a restaurant with a fireplace.
Be sure to explain to yourself how you will go down, ask other tourists what slopes there are and how to get to them, because from other reviews it became clear to me that people simply did not find suitable slopes for them. There are really not very gentle slopes with stones on both sides of the lift, but if you go up on the first lift and cross the hill that is on the right (if you stand at the top with your back to the lift), then you will find excellent slopes from which you need to start skiing, from From this slide, you can go either directly to the Alkoclar sport 3 * hotel or (if you go straight in the right place) to its older four-star brother, which is located across the road, transfer there to the second free lift for you and continue skiing : )))). You can't get lost there and look at the signs.

We went to this hotel in January 2009 with our 3-year-old daughter. There are good memories. The rooms are standard (2 + 1 shower, hair dryer, TV), cleaned every day (bedding and towels changed every other day). There were no problems with food, the daughter ate with appetite, and mashed potatoes, and fries, and Russian salad, and a lot of edible.

There were no problems with food, the daughter ate with appetite, and mashed potatoes, and fries, and Russian salad, and a lot of edible. She never complained about her stomach and we had no problems. Ski rental for adults $ 15 agreed for $ 7. , for a child $ 5. The nature is super, the snow is crackling, the sun is shining, there is no wind, at least ride in one sweater.
There is a children's room, in the evening the daughter played with pleasure, there were animators.
The staff is very friendly, did everything you asked for. There were no problems with the Russian language, the representative of the agency was in hotels all day.
After Uludag we went to Bukovel-JAH! The slides are good, the quality of the slides leaves much to be desired, and the service is silent, there are no words, boors.

Hello snow lovers! We have been skiing hard for many years, this year we decided to go to Turkey. I decided to share my observations and adventures with you, maybe it will come in handy for someone.
We flew to Bursa with comfort and without incident, quickly went through all the necessary procedures and sat on the buses. Then we went up. I must say that in Zaporozhye it was -10C, and in Bursa + 6C. The difference was somehow not felt. We got up for about three hours, the snow began to fall, and the drivers put on chains for 40 minutes. Climbing up is not an adventure for the faint of heart - the road is very narrow, there are many cliffs. Well, it’s not scary for experienced skiers, but beginners trembled noticeably.
The hotel is divided into two parts - old and new, across the road. We lived in the new one, not bad, in the old one it was worse and very simple, mostly students rested there. Our hotel has 5 floors, there is no swimming pool, no FREE sauna, only in combination with massage, what will cost you depends on the type of massage, of course, but on average $ 90. We didn’t go. It bit a lot. We are two adults and a child of 8 years old. In short, they settled us quickly, but we got a terrible room, above the stove, it constantly stank. The rooms are rather big, tidy, with a TV, one Russian channel.
A separate topic is the kitchen, horror. In the morning, scrambled eggs and some nasty salads, in the afternoon there was almost no meat, they gave something chicken, but poorly edible, the fish was always bad. In short, they ate omelettes, cucumbers and tomatoes, carrots, oranges and apples, french fries, occasionally chicken, sweets, yogurt. Lasted. For us, the food was not the main thing. The only thing I would not advise going there with small children. Again, due to the inedibility of everything. Yes, the beer is not bad, at least fill up, we drank a lot, it is very weak. You can drink cognac, but no, there is always mulled wine, but the wine, apparently synthetic, sprinkled me and had heartburn, although I am a healthy person.
Yeah, one more thing, the child has nowhere to attach in the evening. The game room is in the basement and very tiny, there are no free games, 30 minutes on the console to play 4-5 dollars. There are no toys at all. Get ready for the little one to get you there.
And one more thing, those who do not smoke will suffer very much there. They smoke everywhere, although there are non-smoking areas, but the ventilation system leaves much to be desired.
Regarding the return, it was very hard to go down, it was bad for everyone, even adults, you just need to get more sweets from home, rub oranges and grab a bag. Our little one could not stand it, but we ourselves got stupid: we let him play games on the phone.
And finally, about the most important thing, although the above gave us no less inconvenience. So, the slopes, the travel agency told us that we had three free lifts, but on the spot it turned out that we had to pay 10 dollars for a ski pass, but there is only one lift across the road, and, I must say, it’s not for beginners, it’s good at least the small one keeps well, it climbed on the yoke. This is the 6th lift. jumped off, but left on my hands, I could not.
The rest - 30 dollars a day per person, from a small one as well. They do not give discounts. There are a lot of Turks on the weekends, they don’t know how to ride, square eyes rush, moreover, on all the tracks. They were afraid only of them. I must say that this is the second ski area, wooded, all 3-4 *** hotels are located here, and in the first there is no forest at all, but there are 5 ***, and they are much more expensive.
There are yokes, armchairs, gondolas and something in between a gondola and a chair. on Italiano-9 lift, very long, wide, without forest, very cool, I advise, but not for beginners, Tieli is cool, daredevils ride, we survived on skis, even small ones. Temp. - 2-3C, super, the tracks are cleaned every evening, all the ski lifts are new or updated, clean chairs, you can eat on the tops of the mountains, we were afraid.
As for the yoke: 9.10, 11, (12 chairs) I’ll say separately, beginners ride there, easy tracks, but high injuries from collisions, a lot of people and fearless Turks. They don’t even take equipment, they ride in a coat. It’s worth lift 3 -5 dollars (depending on the number of lifts).
My advice, if a person rides even the slightest bit, do not ride them. Separately, about skis, at our hotel it’s $15, you can bargain, it’s cheaper in shops, but you have to drag them, and then you left the room in slippers, they’ll put everything on you, button them up, remove the slippers, clean the skis. It’s worth it. In the first zone, where 5***** 30 dollars.
A separate topic is medicine, very expensive, they bought an antibiotic for $ 300, a friend fell ill, a guy dislocated his arm, they called a snowmobile and delivery to the doctor was $ 350. , 900dol. medical help, 70 taxi back. You realized that you need not to drop, but if it happened, ALWAYS TAKE A RECEIPT, DO NOT BE BELIEVED ON CHEAPER AND EVERYTHING. ON ARRIVAL to Ukraine, WHEN PROVISION of the insurance receipt, everything will be returned to you. Money must therefore be taken with a margin.
Perhaps everything, good luck to all big and small ski lovers !!!!
Sincerely, Inna
