The hotel was opened in 2002 and completely renovated in 2009. A magnificent hotel complex consisting of several buildings connected by internal passages. The highlight of the hotel is a large swimming pool on the top floor. The main building of the hotel, reminiscent of a medieval castle, stands in a pine forest. The distance to the nearest ski lift is 80 m. The hotel has a ski school. The hotel is suitable for families with children and lovers of skiing.More →

Well, what can I say ...Turkey is clearly not on the way with Europe. Service is disgusting. On the first night, the janitor knocked on the room at 3am and started talking about how to use soap (! ). Barely kicked out. We fell asleep. An hour later he returned. This time he burst into the room himself, without knocking. … More ▾ Well, what can I say ...Turkey is clearly not on the way with Europe. Service is disgusting. On the first night, the janitor knocked on the room at 3am and started talking about how to use soap (! ). Barely kicked out. We fell asleep. An hour later he returned. This time he burst into the room himself, without knocking. They sent "Mr. " with three letters. He left...Since the audibility in the Kartanesi hotel is incredible, they heard how he continued his dirty work of "stressing" other vacationers. We met him in the afternoon - but they could not get the answer that he wanted. By the way, most of the hotel staff speak English and Russian disgustingly (they understand only the most standard, simplest phrases at the level of our 2nd grade of high school).

But this, of course, as you probably already guessed, is far from everything. The next morning, we were told that we should move to another floor because the hotel was not occupied in order to save electricity (twice! ).
Here it is. They fought but moved on. Only in order to find out the next day that people live and settle quietly on our former floor. You will be surprised, but the second night we were again not allowed to sleep peacefully. A certain "Mr. neighbor" watched TV at full volume until 5 in the morning, and since the walls of the hotel were cardboard, the feeling was that the Turkish women there howled their songs no further than under the bed. Angry screams, blows on the wall did not help. We called the receptionist. They promised to send guards. But they didn't send it. The call was repeated. And again they didn't hit. Another conclusion (well, advice, if you suddenly find yourself in this place) - the hotel staff do not respond to requests, they constantly lie and think poorly. They are not able to explain their behavior (and besides themselves, the local mountain-snow Turks do not hear anyone, yes).

That's still entertainment.
The deaf neighbor, fortunately, moved the next day and was replaced by a friend whose hearing problems were not so tragic for us. However, the audibility, in any case, did not allow to spend the rest calmly, because at night the staff for some reason began to move the furniture around the hotel and laugh merrily.

Feeding (I don't dare to call THAT food). Tasteless food in large quantities. However, there were occasional edible dishes. But only sometimes. And so - you eat what they give, only for the purpose that the body simply continued to function. By the way, it is difficult to find a good restaurant in Uludag. More precisely, it is impossible. Therefore, you need to be careful and have a steel stomach. And nerves, so as not to bite off the ear of the waiter, who is trying to pull out the plate from which you are currently eating (although there is such a thing here).

As for nature, slides, Christmas trees and snow, everything is more than good with this. Liked.
Only when you rent something, never sign any papers (or sign them incorrectly; alternatively, keep your passports with you; "lie and provocation" are quite appropriate here), otherwise, in case of damage to the inventory, you will be forced to pay (crazy money). If you follow the above tips, then you will not have such a problem. And accidents with equipment or, for example, with a snowmobile (and it rides very well) are not excluded at all.

I also heard dissatisfaction from our "colleagues" from "Karina", located nearby. Good reviews were left only by visitors Agaoglu and Grand Yazici. By the way, we didn’t get into the first one for the reason that our valiant travel agency told that 7 days (from December 28 to January 4) there cost almost 10 thousand euros (apparently, Mr. artist Baskov was also told something about prices, and for some reason he stopped at Kartanesi). They just didn't know about the other one. In general, be careful, comrades. But the snow and fir/pine trees are good; -)

Terrible rudeness of the staff, problem settlement (arrived at 15-00, settled at 22-30), drinks are very expensive, ski rental is the most expensive in Uludag, the restaurant was constantly asked to wash the dishes, there was nothing to feed the children. … More ▾ Terrible rudeness of the staff, problem settlement (arrived at 15-00, settled at 22-30), drinks are very expensive, ski rental is the most expensive in Uludag, the restaurant was constantly asked to wash the dishes, there was nothing to feed the children.

Quite a decent hotel, of course, for those who came to ski, and not sit in the hotel. There were problems with the settlement, but the tour operator is more likely to blame here. Food is more modest than on the coast, but in general it is typical for Turkey, i. e. you just won't go hungry. Wonderful location of lifts, almost everything is at hand. … More ▾ Quite a decent hotel, of course, for those who came to ski, and not sit in the hotel. The slopes are more suitable for dummies, although there are two or three interesting ones (red), one can even be partially attributed to black. It is better to rent skis and boots for the entire holiday.

The next day it turned out that there were no keys to the safe - they asked to move (the day was ruined - they could not go anywhere)3. There is not enough inventory on the slopes - you have to wait. And you can't bring your own skis!!! 4. The pool is a separate issue. . . for 300 people there are only 20 sun loungers. Bought - stop and dry (things, respectively, also have nowhere to put)5. The kitchen is the same. The child did not eat practically anything from what was offered, and when he took a banana and a tangerine from the restaurant for Christmas, they arrogantly took it away at the exit. That's all inclusive for you. Not only that - the fruit was taken away from the child by a woman!! ! They simply didn’t take us on a paid excursion. . . they forgot, you understand.... At 5.30 in the morning they stood ready and waited in the lobby, but they simply didn’t pick us up. . . The money was then returned, but the day was ruined again! On the last day, they didn’t let me on the slope - the subscriptions were not extended. Like, it's your last day - so take care of the preparations... You have to go today... 8. Linen and towels were not changed even once. In general, this has not yet been seen....Just awful!! !
