The hotel is neither 4* nor 3*. The only plus of the hotel is the location: near the metro and other transport, walking distance from the historical part of the city. This is where the positive ends. The rooms are terrible in places with cracked plaster, uneven wallpaper, trampled carpet and mold in the bathroom. And this is in one of the suites! At the end of our stay, due to a breakdown in heating, they moved to another room, in the neighborhood of which repair work was going on (left wing) - the noise from 0900 to 1800 was incredible! The hotel staff did not respond to a request to be moved to another room. The staff speaks Russian and English, there are no problems in communication, but they do not provide real help (including the general manager of the hotel). The breakfasts at the hotel are terrible! Last year we rested at the same time in 4 *, in Prague and there is something to compare with. In the pool, the water is + 27 degrees, clean, the prices in the pool bar can be compared with the prices in London hotels! hand do not advise to choose this hotel!
