I visited with my wife at the end of March. We chose the hotel ourselves. Liked the photos. The first impression is also charming. Lobby bar, fountains, cleanliness. Everyone smiles, but so far you have no problems. As soon as there is a problem, no one understands shit in Russian. Include "fool". The problem with the hotel is the location of the rooms. Those that go out into the street or into the yard are tolerable. But there are rooms that overlook the inner shafts - the location of the air conditioners. The room is stuffy, hot, and the air conditioners do not work for cold, only for heat. The room is 35 degrees. Barely changed to another room. I tried to make a claim, they say I ordered a number for a month - I was rudely answered (by the way in Russian) - people order from us for a year, like shut up. But what I liked was the breakfast - plentiful. There are 10 points! In general, we decided - you need to choose a small hotel where you, as a client, will be important.
