The room was not prepared for check-in, the heating and air conditioning did not work. Therefore, in cold weather, I definitely do not recommend coming here. Photos on Booking are different from what you will see live, dirty, partly everything is damaged + repair is underway. Due to the terrible cold, it was warmer outside than inside, I had to look for another hotel at night and check out, at first they agreed to return the money for the paid days, then as a result they also refused and lied about how they tried to solve the situation. Conclusion: the money was never returned, so who wants normal conditions and good service, look at other hotels. The area where the hotel is located is not the best either, it's scary to walk at night and it's very dirty around.
