We celebrated the New Year in Istanbul. We were at the hotels at 8 am, settled in 10 minutes, without any additional payments. The rooms are clean, tidy, the bed is snow-white, towels, the bed is changed every day. In the bath there are gels, shampoos, conditioners, soaps. A good hair dryer. The room has slippers, a safe, Wi-Fi for free and very high speed. Bar for a fee. There is no kettle. The rooms are different. Some of the rooms overlook the university, some of the neighboring Hilton, some of the mothballed construction site. Our room overlooked some kind of air conditioning system, or the Hilton kitchen. There was a strong rumble when the window was open. And you can’t hear the noise. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel was filled with French, Italians, English of retirement age, a lot of ours. per person, coffee is very tasty in the lobby 7 Turkish liras per person.
from the reception you can order a fish restaurant Kalamar (car will deliver there and back free of charge) Expensive, but tasty. It's five minutes by tram to historical places, and there are many decent shops around with normal prices, and not super speculative ones, like in our city. The only thing is that there are few decent cafes, unlike the tourist center, and you have to spank your legs. We went to class hotels, mosaics, vincence, there are decent cafes there.
The hotel staff is well-trained, they do not make any differences by nation, unlike Kemer. In general, my husband and I came to the conclusion that Kent would be sold somewhere in the Kemeri region as a good five. And we got aesthetic, culinary, and practical pleasure from Istanbul. I want to return to Istanbul again and again.
