We took the risk to go despite the coronovirus and did not regret it. The hotel is wonderful: a huge, beautiful area, an excellent beach and entry into the sea for children and amazing food. All playgrounds and pools under awnings. There is a mini-zoo (attention when choosing a room (! ) - roosters crow there in the morning). Still noisy in the rooms near the amphitheater and the nearby pool. The description is cunning about 450 meters from the sea. In fact, the sea is far away. It's about a 15 minute walk from the farthest rooms through the grounds of another hotel. The car goes to the beach quite often from 8 to 18 hours. The entry into the sea is smooth, shallow for a long time. At depth there are large stones.
We were seated immediately upon arrival at 12 noon. We were taken to the room by car. Family room 247 is not new, but everything is very clean and tidy. There is a complete set of utensils for cooking. The air conditioners are poorly located: in the parent bedroom, on the side of the bed, blowing on the legs, old, the temperature was not regulated (about 26 degrees according to sensations). The air conditioning in the common room is new, right in front of the beds. At minimum power, it doesn’t blow to the beds)), the child slept normally. There is only shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. There is no shower gel. There are cotton pads and sticks. Cleaning is excellent, with mopping the floor.
The food is excellent. There are all kinds of meat, except for pork, constantly fish in different forms. The staff gives out plates, lays food, serves drinks. You can't do it yourself. There were sometimes lines, but they quickly dispersed. Entering and moving around the restaurant in masks. They are strictly watching. The temperature is taken at the entrance. Dispensers with antiseptics are all around the hotel. Alcohol wipes for hands in the restaurant. Buy your own masks! Shops are not allowed without masks. Despite the ultra all inclusive, there are almost no imported drinks. All bars have milk and some juices in tetra packs, but the bartenders are extremely reluctant to pour them. Turkish coffee is tastier brewed in the lobby.

Guest relay did not respond to a request to replace the batteries in the TV remote. We had a check out at 5 am. Lunch box is not provided. Offered to eat the night soup before the flight! Wi-fi is available in public areas, in some places in the rooms, in some places on the beach. Animation was not particularly seen. There were evening shows without guest artists, only the animators themselves. Volleyball is not played. Didn't see any other games either. There was gymnastics and rifle shooting. There is a bus stop at the exit from the hotel. The fare to neighboring Side and Manavgat is 5.5 liras or $1.5 or 1.5 euros! Despite the fact that the lira-dollar exchange rate = 7 to 1.
In general, we are satisfied with the hotel.
