The private transfer we ordered took us from Antalya Airport to the VONRESORT Elite Hotel, however, for check-in, we were directed to the reception of the VONRESORT Golden Coast Hotel. With children and suitcases, we stood for about 10 minutes at the main entrance to the Golden Coast, the baggage delivery staff did not react at all. We had to carry our own suitcases. At the reception, we were checked in by a hotel employee - Alina. She demanded payment for the entire stay. We immediately paid with a credit card. To get to our room at the VONRESORT Elite hotel, we walked through the territory of the VONRESORT Golden Coast (stairs, elevators) with the children and with the luggage delivery employee. Our family bunk room was located on the ground floor overlooking the pool. When we booked in the Special Request, we said "I prefer a room with a sea view". There was NO wine/champagne or fruit in the room (claimed for this type of room), but it WAS dark and damp, it smelled of mold, there was also broken furniture. We refused to check into this room, as it did not match. We again had to go to VONRESORT Golden Coast, as the VONRESORT Elite reception does not deal with check-in issues. To solve the above problem, we decided to contact Guest Relations, asked for a customer service officer, but we were again directed to the reception. At the reception, the hotel employee Alina was unable to answer our questions about this room, in particular, its inconsistencies with the stated ones, she rudely said: "For the VONRESORT Elite hotel, there was no room with a sea view and no! Fruit ?? ? Fruit will be brought to you later! " . She offered us room options that were cheaper (although payment had already been made, see above), referring to the fact that there were no more other accommodation options for our family, although the VONRESORT Elite hotel was half empty. As a result, we settled in a similar room two floors above.

The room in the room has not seen general cleaning for a long time, hanging curtains and carpet on the floor are a source of mites and dust, the furniture is far from new, and in some places even beaten and chipped. The refrigerator is old, the grates are rusty. The air conditioner did not work well, the room was always stuffy, especially in the morning it became hot as in a dressing room, due to lack of oxygen we did not get enough sleep during the night. The bathroom was far from being perfectly clean. Shower products were given to guests like Dove shampoo-shower gel, but the contents are far from Dove, but ordinary orange liquid soap. This had to wash the head and body. Although in hotels declared 5 stars - there should be a separate shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, liquid / solid soap! After a normal shower, the bathroom always had a puddle on the floor as the tub was leaking around the edges. Because of this, I always had to go into the bathroom in slates. The bathroom itself was enameled and in some places this enamel was chipped. Room cleaning is done only if you have a sign "Please clean the room! " They don't clean well, even the chairs don't move to vacuum! Low internet speed (even with a good Wi-Fi signal. ).

" And there is always fried french fries, somehow I didn’t want to either. Several times we saw how the restaurant staff try the food with their hands. Once in a while, ice cream is handed out with gloves, then without. All A la Carte restaurants are paid for 10 euros per person, they didn’t see a single guest who dined there at all, these restaurants were always closed. Information about A la Carte restaurants is not reflected on the site. In the "Fragaria" confectionery, cakes are generally far from fresh, the room is not ventilated. Before our eyes, vacationers from another hotel - a girl and a guy, simply turned their blue bracelets over, lay all day on our pier and ordered drinks from the bar !! ! And there were those who swam to our pier to get around the guards, and without bracelets just went up the stairs. I wanted to relax and rest on the pier, but I had to be on the alert all the time, I had to worry about my things left on the pier, as there were a lot of crooks! Not a convenient time and place to exchange beach towels, I had to go to the SPA VONRESORT Golden Coast. Even if you arrive on time, there are always no clean towels! Although VONRESORT Elite guests could have their own corner for exchanging beach towels!

The hammam is dirty, stains after peeling procedures, foam and oil massages. Against the backdrop of everything, we encountered another unpleasant situation when, having come from the sauna to the hammam, we found that there was no hot water in the tap. An employee of the Spa center with a smile on his face, sarcastically replied: "Technic problem! " Disappointed, we got dressed and went out. At this time, guests from Germany came, who ordered a paid service in the hammam. We had a question for the Spa center employee: "How did the guests from Germany get ready to take a hammam without hot water? Everyone is tired of waiting! The Spa tenant apologized for his employee and we parted ways. As a result, wasted time and ruined the mood. We were promised to transfer this employee (instigator) to the VONRESORT Golden Beach Spa, but the very next day he was in the same place and continued to smile maliciously at us. It turns out that all this was a performance for us and no one called the Gendarmerie.
